Wonderful shopping experience! Bonnie is so accommodating, pleasant, & knowledgeable, very mindful of my daughters budget. Unlike the chain stores who rush to get you in a fitting room, then not allow you to view the racks or choose gowns you want to try on, then shoo you out the door when your time is up especially if you havent found anything to your liking, our experience with Bridal Boutique of Naperville was quite the opposite-cant say enough! The chain store we went to did have 100s of gowns but many were very "cookie cutter", almost all above her $500 budget, and the sales people immediately brought dresses to my daughter that were way beyond what she could pay (and that was before their costly alterations.). It was made very clear that she wouldnt get much for $500-very discouraging. My daughter spent most of the appointment at "the other store" sitting in a bra & slip in the fitting room with nothing to do but wait for her sales clerk had had to rush between several other brides booked at the same time. The sales associate there also told my daughter that she had "little time" left to buy a gown when the wedding isnt for more than 10 months. We wish we had gone to Bridal Boutique of Naperville first time out. At Bridal Boutique of Naperville, the appointment was exclusively our own, Bonnie gave us her full attention, and we had the luxury of having the shop to ourselves. They have many top quality designer gowns, exquisite lace & beading, heavy satins and styles that work for anyones body type, fashion sense, or budget. Bonnie let us look at the dresses first, pick out the first 4 to try on, made recommendations but was in no way pushy or opinionated. She was willing to work with a budget-conscious bride to find her an absolutely stunning designer gown that she loved and felt beautiful in. Bonnie was less about "selling" a dress and more about "helping" my daughter find a dress of her dreams. We appreciate not being pushed or pressured. The shop is very elegant, good lighting, and had triple floor length mirrors and a pedestal so we could get the full effect of the dress from front and back. It was nice to not have to compete for a mirror. Coffee was a nice touch too for the mother-of-the bride :) We came home with a gorgeous gown that my daughter couldnt wait to show her friends. Top notch service, great dresses & pricing, professional all the way. We highly recommend to every bride! Unfortunately, I have nothing nice to say about this boutique. The stylist I worked with was not helpful at all. She did not help pick out any of the dresses I tried on. Instead, she left me and my bridal party to choose dresses from a specific size group only. In addition, most of the dresses cannot be ordered, but instead must be bought off of the rack. She did not help me in the fitting room, and left me to try the dresses on by myself. She also made faces while I made comments about what I liked and did not like about the dress. She was extremely unfriendly and not fit for a wedding stylist. I have been to 4 boutiques, and this was the worst one by far.

I just bought my dress at Bridal Boutique. I was looking for something that was high quality but wouldnt break the bank. I thought I would be lucky to find 1 or 2 dresses in this category. I found 10! There were even more but were ivory (I was looking for white). I was thrilled with the selection and Bonnie was fantastic. I never felt rushed and she provided detail on how the dresses would look with alterations, bustled, etc. I was the only bride-to-be in the boutique so Bonnie wasnt pulled in several directions. SHE WAS AWESOME! I was so happy to be able to walk away tonight with my wedding gown instead of waiting 4 months. Highly recommended!!!

Bonnie is amazing! Her store is so chic, her prices are reasonable and she really listens to what youre looking for. Not sure what youre looking for? Shell help you figure it out. Was with a group that was bridal gown shopping there last week, and we had a phenomenal experience. Shes also really good at showing you a completed look. Bonus: this is a calm, tranquil store, which typically makes for a calm, tranquil bride. :-) One recommendation: Make this your last appointment of the day. She has some amazing dresses, and youll want to be able to make a decision when youre at this place. Lovely experience all around.

This is the best shop I have been to! Jessica was absolutely awesome! She gave my mother and I a run down of the store and was so helpful and fun to work with! She was so patient with me as I tired on dresses then spent time re trying on my top favorites. She really made the experience fun for me! I completely fell in love with my dream dress and the price was so reasonable! It didnt break the bank! Jessica also recommended several seamstresses that could help with alterations. The best part? I was able to take the dress home with me today!!! I still can not believe I found this dress!!

This was the best place I couldve gone. I walked in today and Jessica was happy, sweet, and ready to help me in any and every way she could. She described how the store worked perfectly and then let me and the two girls I brought with me pick out 4 dresses. Then she pulled a few. We were there for just over an hour and I walked out with my wedding dress, which ended up being one she pulled for me. She was so willing to work with my price range and style. She is hilarious and fun and perfect to work with. Thank you, Jessica for a perfect experience!!!

I was very pleased with the really friendly service at Bridal Boutique. With the small store, I did not feel like a fish in the sea like at other large bridal chains. I felt like the selection was pretty good, considering it is a smaller boutique. It was very one-on-one and the owner gave very honest answers to my questions about the dresses. She also gave honest opinions about how the dresses looked on me, which I appreciated since I was shopping alone that day! I found my dress that day! Thanks!

Jessica was amazing. I went in to this bridal shop very nervous about finding the perfect wedding dress because Im a plus size lady with all my bridal shopping experience through Say Yes to the Dress. Within an hour, I found the one. Prices range from $900-2000, and most dresses are purchased off the rack. I happened to buy one that had to be ordered, and it will be delivered in 6 weeks. They work with several seamstresses and coordinate times for fittings.

Bonnie is the best! The prices are incredible and you wont find quality service like that anywhere. Her attention to detail and one-on-one interaction made my shopping experience unforgetable. Her store is small, but she has so many dresses to chose from. Plus, you are the only bride in the store so theres no competition or distractions. I am so pleased with my dress and cant wait to show it off! ATTENTION FUTURE BRIDES: SHOP WITH BONNIE! You wont regret it!
