The boutique is supposed to be open until 7 on Wednesdays. I called ahead to see if I need to make an appointment and the lady on the phone said that I didnt need to since I was just looking for accessories, not a dress. She also said that she wanted to close around 6 and so I said that I would get there right before 6 so that I could just look quickly and then she can close. I left my house the minute I hung up the phone, arrived at the store before 6, and no one was there. The store wasnt even supposed to close until 7 AND she knew I would be there but she closed anyway! There is clearly no respect for the customers and I will be spending my money/ referring my friends elsewhere.

I cannot say enough about the amazing experience Doris Bridal provided. Annette and Jesse are truly experts in the bridal business. From the day we first visited the shop in August 2010 to the day we picked up the gown a few days before the Sept. 4th, 2011 wedding we were treated with professionalism and kindness. They truly took all worries about my daughter, Betsy, not looking like the most beautiful bride away. Although I did not purchase my mother of the bride dress at Doris, Annette made it fit perfectly. My mom and I recently went dress shopping and Doris Bridal was our first stop, and I am SO happy we chose to begin our search here! Annette was friendly, easy to speak with, and took the time to assist my mom and I with looking for the perfect dress. The shop is lovely without being stuffy and carries dresses in a variety of price ranges. We didnt end up finding "the dress" at Doris, but I wish we would have b/c Annette was wonderful to work with and definitely helped make the process easy, fun, and memorable. Be sure to have Doris at the top of your list of shops to visit in your search!

I went to several places to look for a my bridal gown before coming here and I have finally ended my search! The service and selection is fantastic. I really felt like they were listening to me and what I was looking for, and I never felt rushed. When I first walked in they invited me to look through their books of bridal gowns and talked to me about what I liked and disliked about different dresses before pulling several for me. Searching for a dress has been exhausting and stressful, but the people at Doris Bridal made it a great experience. SUCH a warm and friendly atmosphere!

I did not purchase my dress there but I had it altered by Annette. She was amazing. My dress was very complicated with lot and lots of layers so I had many fittings. Each time she was so helpful in making sure I was completely happy with the dress. I have to say she took the worry out of dress alterations!
