Robin is amazing. I was the Maid of Honor for my sisters wedding in October 2013. She had two bridesmaids from Kansas and one shipped her dress to Naperville - long story short it was "lost" and most likely not going to make it in for the wedding. Thursday before the wedding when we found this out I frantically called bridal salons in the area to see if anyone had the dress we needed. I left a message for White Satin Bridal and Robin called me back right away. She told me about the options she had and I went straight there. She was so sweet and understanding. The dress options were perfect and Robin even called her seamstresses to make sure someone could come in to do rush alternations. The next day when the bridesmaid arrived to town I took her to White Satin Bridal and Robin took care of us right away. The seamstress was there and knew our story and was willing to do the alternations overnight. On Saturday, the bridesmaid ended up having both dresses, but she chose to wear the one from White Satin Bridal. And the best part, the bride didnt even know any of this went down :). Thanks Robin - you saved the wedding!!!

Had a wonderful experience at White Satin Bridal! I worked with Heidi for my bridal appointment. They have a good range of styles and prices and I appreciated that she was honest with me about how the boutique worked and any questions I had she was able to answer. I felt comfortable trying on dresses there and didnt feel pressured to buy anything. They were also very flexible with my schedule. I had a first of the day appointment but my mom couldnt make it until later in the day. They allowed me to come back when my mom was available so she could help me narrow down my selection between dresses that I picked. I would recommend this store to anyone searching for their dress to say yes too!

This was my fourth wedding boutique, and it was definitely the ABSOLUTE BEST one! From walking into the door and being greeted right away, to working with Dawn, to saying Yes to my perfect dress, it was an all around amazing and unforgettable experience. Dawn was my stylist and listened to every single thing I said, she was not pushy, and she truly understood what I wanted in a wedding dress. I cannot wait for my wedding dress to come in and finally wear it in August 2017. I HIGHLY recommend White Stain Bridal and stylist Dawn.

I purchased a dress fall of 2014 for my September 2015 wedding, and I could not have been happier! White Satin Bridal was my first and only place I went to try on wedding dresses. The entire staff was extremely friendly- especially Heidi who helped me try on numerous dresses. I had no idea what I wanted, so she helped me try on one of just about every single style of dress until I found the one I loved! My sister is going back for her wedding next year! Great experience! Oh - and my Mori Lee Dress was absolutely stunning!

I came in here today with my sister in law, we were both looking for bridesmaids dresses for each of our weddings. We did not have an appointment and we were helped immediately with smiles and enthusiasm. Everyone was so nice and made us feel very welcomed and special. Thank you guys for everything! Not only did we find our bridesmaids dresses but my sister in law found her wedding dress too!! I recommend this place to anyone!!

This bridal store is the best. It is so different from all the other crappy bridal stores out there. The owner, Robin is so down to earth and friendly. Not only did I found THE DRESS but I also found the wedding dress shopping experience that I invisioned. They have prices in the hundreds and I believe up to 2k. Every bride needs to have the White Satin treatment!

I had been to many dress shops looking for plus size dresses and wound up with very little...but when I went here not only did I find my dream Pinterest dress...but I found one even better! Everyone was very helpful and I was able to buy off the rack. Great place for any size!
