So about 3 weeks before we bought our new 2013 Malibu I told my wife that we should go and look at some cars and take our time in choosing one that we would get in a couple of months so we started by going back to work with Marty the sales man that I purchased my 2005 Mustang from because of the great experience we had and just like the last time he was very courtesy and helpful he was willing and he did show us any vehicle we wanted to look at and test drive over the next two days then the following weekend we went back to take a second look at the three cars we liked the most and after 2 or three hours we asked if we could look at some Malibus Marty was more then willing but he had some other customers and send for us to go over to the Olympia store and he would contact Brad Skramstad to work with us personally and that he would take good care of us. So we went over and met Brad how was just and courtesy, helpful and willing to work with us he showed us several different vehicles before we drove a 2012 Malibu so after about 4 hours we went in to talk about what we were going to do and that we were looking to buy but not right away Brad told us we could decide and come back anytime we wanted he then showed us the 2013 Malibu that was at another location and we discuss that options between buying new verses used and asked if we wanted to have him check if we could get financing so we give him some info and said we would continue to think about what we were going to do so about one and a half weeks went by and I called Brad to ask if we could test drive the 2013 Malibu and he said he would bring it in from the other store at that time he said that with what we had that we got financed and if we liked the car it that we could take it home, So the following Saturday we drove in and test drove the car and fell in love with it and after about 1 1/2 to 2 hours we drove home in our new car. I would like to thank Brad and everyone else at Titus Will because of all the car dealers I have be to and bought cars from this was the best I have ever had the opportunity to buy a car from and I will send anyone I know that is looking to buy new or used car to talk to Brad or Marty of anyone at Titus Will. I bought my Elantra Touring Hyundai at Titus-Will Hyundai in the Olympia Auto Mall, the Hyundai dealer in Washington. Everyone here at this dealership is very professional, super friendly and very helpful. Don’t stress yourself out about taking your car into a dealer to have work done on it. Here, when you take your car in for its check-up, to have any work done or even if you just have a question about your car, it is so easy and hassle free. You can call or just pull your car into the garage at the front desk and someone is right there to help you. Everyone there is so helpful; the Service Consultant explains everything to you so you understand what they are talking about. If the car is going to be in the shop very long, you’ll be asked if you need a ride anywhere. If so, you’re escort to a nice waiting area. A van will pick you up and deliver you to your destination. The Service Consultant will keep you notified of what is happening with your car at all times, making the experience of taking your car in an excellent one. I even got a military discount when it was time to pay on the total amount due. The price was very comparable to other places. With all said and done Titus-Will Hyundai in the Olympia Auto Mall gets a TRULY EXCEPTIONAL RATEING. Give them a try, Martha R.

With that being said Im replacing my original review with this 5 star review because of the fantastic follow up I received from Trevor Will! Not only did he remedy the issue by compensating me for a serpentine belt that fell apart and I had to have replaced at a third party facility 8,000 miles after a warranty engine replacement, but he even sent me a free oil change coupon. That level of customer service is something that you honestly dont see nowadays, especially from such a large company that has a monopoly with the amount of dealers in their family. Trevor earned back my business and as much as my wallet says I should go to an independent shop for the cost savings I will be servicing my vehicle with Titus-Will because the customer service they demonstrated speaks even louder!

I bought my 2011 Hyundai Tuscon in Oct 2010 and I love it. The Sales Dept and Servicing Depts have been totally awesome. It is great that I can pop up there during my lunch and get my car serviced and be in and out in less than 15 mts! Not many places can do that. The staff there is super cool. Just like a nice family. It is nice that I can drop my car off, get a rental if I need one and they will even shuttle me if I need to. I would highly recommend anyone going to Titus Will Hyundai at the Capital Auto Mall on Carraige Loop and buy a new car with them and if you do tell them that Marci Simmons - Barber sent you! You will surely enjoy your vehicle and the service and staff! Always get a free car wash coupon too with my servicing! cant beat that. I will definately go back again and have all my servicing done at Titus Will in Olympia!

Their service department is great. They are the kind of mechanics you hope for. You can expect a fair price on repairs, no b.s., and a genuine desire to help customers. I havent bought a car here yet, but I have had my timing belt changed here on my 2006 hyundai elantra. Their price was below most dealerships and small repai shops. Recently, I lost my key fobs for my car and they reprogrammed the two new ones I bought online for FREE and it only took a couple of minutes. All the other locksmiths and dealerships, including Larson and Korum Hyundai wanted at least 50 dollars to program the fobs and would still charge me full price if the fobs didnt work. All in all, a great and reliable service department.

The staff is always excellent, professional, efficient, friendly & helpful. The last two times the guys helping me have told me about Chevron gas & the Techron in it, which I did not know Hyundai recommended. It was great that they were open on Sunday--the only time I had to get down to Olympia from Aberdeen & when I was just past the mark for an oil change. Excellent service, a great dealership & right now, I would buy the same car again from Titus Will. I still love my car & the dealership. I can see others feel the same w/ all the Titus-Will Hyundais I see on the road. Awesome company & deserve the national sales awards & recognition that I have read they have won. thumbs up!
