They say that financing is not based upon credit. Its funny because they ran my credit. Not only that but I believe this is the only car financing group that makes you fill about your own credit application on the computer. We had 3 kids in there. There was no help. And abby and we find out its actually based on credit and we just wasted three hours. But wait theres more is not only false advertising that they dont base it off of credit. We also turned in all of our profit and loss statements for businesses and a lady who was doing our credit check said she just couldnt believe that all this money was going into our business or out to employees. Please hire someone with a high school education if you want to be running credit checks. My businesses are legitimate and have been established for 5 years. We are good people and contribute to the community where we have our businesses, which is more than I can say for this business. Please do more research before going to these people and wasting your time on a lemon car.

They will say anything to get you in there. I was lied to twice on the phone. I wasnt approved because I dont make enough money even though i make triple the minimum monthly payment. I was told there was good news, the good news was that I could come in next month. How is that good news? EDIT: So I go in the next month with my pay stub saying I make more money, the lady there says that the money i make now should be enough. she sends it to the approval company and they say I need to more months pay stubs to verify that it is really my new income. They want me to wait 2 more months for the car I need now. So basically if you are looking for fast approval DO NOT GO HERE. It will take at least 45 min to explain everything to you and then another 30 to figure out if you are approved or not. God knows how long it takes after that.

I dont have Auto pay set up anymore and I told carhop I would make a payment online with a different account and back well they took it out without me setting up any Auto pay up.now im out $$__ they need to give me my money back ya $360 in one day and is was to be only $180. Dont go to those snakes oh and the car I have well lets just say I cant even drive it cause I dont work so many probs.with it too. Put all this money in a used car but it should work run what ever. Crystal the only one in bremerton that help..So money out my poctet just to have a car sit cause it dont work SUCKS!!!!

I have been looking for a car for about a month at different dealerships. Several weeks ago I was on Carhops website. Friday afternoon, Elaine from Bremerton called me out of of the blue. I thought, its Friday, Carhop is down the street from my work. Lets see what they have. Elaine was happy, pleasant with a positive "well get it done" attitude. Carhop had just the minivan I was looking for, and Elaine had me financed the fastest I have ever been from a car dealer. I cant recommend Carhop enough.

I cannot even believe how AMAZING my experience was at CarHop in Bremerton. Katie was WONDERFUL. I was in an accident and there was NO WAY that I was going to be able to get into a car. Not only was she able to get me approved for a car with next to nothing as a down payment. They fought for me to put me into the car of my dreams for the same down payment. There is no better place to get a car when you really need one!

Recently went in there with my parents and Crystal was amazing. She didnt beat around the bush with lies or selling gimmicks. She was upfront, personable, and extremely helpful. We left with a new car that fit both our needs and something we could all afford it. I havent been to many car dealerships but now I wouldnt even want to when it comes time to get another vehicle. I originally came in and was told no! I was ok with that so I came back because my circumstances had changed. They told me no again but came to find out even though I was told no and I needed a co-signer Elaine pushed for me and found out I didnt!! So they did it all under me! I was able to drive away with a 1999 Ford Taurus in the color I wanted, with my poor credit! Thanks Car Hop!!

My car died yesterday and I called CarHop this morning they told me to come right in and with $100 I drove off with a car same day. I have bad credit and a repo. This company gives you the chance to ride today and rebuild your credit. Thats what your paying for. And you also get a 18 month or 18,000 mile warranty for repairs. You cant beat that for a used car. Im happy thanks CarHop.

Cash isnt good at this dealership! I called to get info about vehicles and explained that we wanted to pay cash. Susan said that they dont accept full cash payment for a vehicle because they "arent your traditional dealership". That is sketchy in itself. I called the 800 number on the website and was hung up on 2 times. Thats not ideal customer service.

I. Changing my review. My wife and i vought cars from here. My suv ended up in a bad acident because of the suv being a pile of junk. And i had told them multiple times thats sometging is was with it and they didnt care. I have seen so many people walk away from here with broken pieces of crap and there warrenty is horrible. Never go here.
