First off I bought this car being told that it went through a full inspection in January,(I find that hard to believe). There were 2 lights out on the car which I had them write up saying they would replace, which they did after several calls. While I was in there to get the lights replaced, I told Marty about my car sterio shutting off on me while I was listening to a CD. When I edjectecd the CD it was so hot it burnt your hand to touch it and this concerned me for a risk of fire hazard. He told me that they dont have anyone there to work on sterio but they work with a guy that drives a mobile unit and he would call me back to set the appointment. NO CALL BACK. Then theres the issue with the battery on the car. Two weeks after purchasing the car I stop at a shell station and long behold my car wont start had to get a jump. I said ehh maybe a fluke. Then about 3 weeks from then I go to start my car to go to work...its dead my neighbor had to come give me a jump...I started carrying jumper cables. Then in March again the battery dies, and the fourth time at Safeway parking lot when I had my daughter with me. I had to get it jumped again. I said enough is enough I went and had the battery tested and what do you know its a bad battery. So I called Titus Will told them whats going on Gus said he would tell Marty to give me a call....Next day Marty calls I tell him and he said per his manager there is nothing they will do about it. That if it would have done this while on their lot they would have checked the battery..THE CAR WAS NEVER ON THEIR LOT BECAUSE THEY BROUGHT IT OVER FROM WHERE EVER THEY DO INSPECTIONS AT, SO I COULD LOOK AT IT!!! If a car went through a full inspection like I was told it was, why wasnt the battery tested! This was the original battery on the the car it was 6 yrs old!! So instead of them saying hey sorry about that let us take care of it, I get told nope your SOL so I just shelled out 119 bucks for a new battery. As I told Marty had you ever called me back about the sterio issues like you were supposed to I would have mentioned having to get my car jumped when it first happened but they never called me on that either....BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Fantastic experience. Also: Thank you Mike Eaton for getting me into my dream cars predecessor, so young in life! Update: I know, from professional experience, that when you have to order a part from the dealer to fix something, special order parts can take at least 7-10 business days to ship. Because of the need to reach out to the Warehouses across the country where rarer parts that are less likely to need Service are stored in bulk. So when I bought the car, I asked for one thing to b replaced before agreeing to anything. They didnt have to agree. Its their right. But they did. And they kept their promise... Not only that... But they rushed the order. Had it installed in 48 hours, and I was on the road in record time. These were Decisions they made that I know when I had to make them in the past I had to consider an operating budget. There is no way these guys were able to do this without incurring some level of moderate discomfort. But they did. And I didnt even have to ask. They did it anyway. And if youre wondering... I also enjoyed a 5 hour Cruise around the state after the moment I got the keys! If youre thinking about buying a new car... Dont. Federal statistics are showing its becoming more and more common to buy shortly used or certified pre-owned. Come see these guys. You wont regret it. I know I didnt.

I purchased a vehicle in May of 2016. I was told that if anything major went wrong that they would assist me because they value their reputation. I had the car for less then 2 weeks when I ended up stranded on the highway. It has been 10 months and I think the car has spent more time in the shop then with me. I have had to replace the radiator, heater, engine and other issues. I feel unsafe. I called them and all they offered to do was get me parts "at cost". This is the single worst purchase of my life and has cost me thousands of dollars and put me in a financial strain that I am having difficult getting out of. Yes I signed the paperwork for purchasing the car "as is". I just did not know that I would have to replace nearly every part of the car. I thought when I had to replace the engine I would get some help like they verbally told me. Someone called to ask me how the car was doing, after I already sent a couple of e-mails telling them my troubles. When I told him he said someone would get back to me and they never did. Too bad we do not have lemon laws. You always expect to have to put some money into a used car, but this was beyond what anyone should have to. I am disappointed.

Met with Marty, twice on the phone and once at the dealer, After looking over the 2007 Silverado I knew it was NOT as stated on the web or in Talking with Marty. Marty told me it had one dent in it and could be seen by the pictures, When i looked over the truck, it had dents all around it along with scratches. Items i was told was wrong with it: 1. Antenna Missing 2. OD light out 3. Brakes at 40% What i found: 1. Radio bad, nothing wrong with the antenna. 2. All the tires are bald, Not legal to be on the road. 3. Dents and scratches all around the truck 4.Rear Bumper pushed in Left side 5. Dash cluster needs replaced. 6. Clunk in Rear end. 7. Four wheel drive binding in 4 high and low. 8 Very dirty inside and out. I decided to take it for a test drive, Wow Rear end Clunk, 4 wheel drive binding. So i was really mislead on this veh. after talking to Marty, i told him i would not pay 9990.00 for this truck, he said lets see what i can do. we go back inside and he hands me off to someone else? wth. This guy has the paperwork drawn up for the total amount? Total game at this place BEWARE. Never again, will Titus Will Waste my time.

Very unorganized dealer. Every time Ive ever purchased a car in the past from other dealers. The sales person, or someone representing that dealer would call, and check to see how Im liking the new car I purchase within a week or two. Ive heard nothing from this dealer, in fact I had to call multiple times to see if the licence plates for the car had come in yet. The salesman said they would call. Well the last time I called, I found out that they had mailed them to my address. Thats not what I asked for. They never arrived at my address, and I ended up having to go to DOL and purchase plates on my own. The dealer did refund me for the cost of the plates, but nothing for the trouble. Not even an apology. Now we are finding out that the car we purchased is having a transmission problem. Took it to another dealer, and the confirmed that yes it does have a problem. So now we car with a problem. Good thing I purchased a warranty, NOT. Looking at the fine print of the warranty. It looks like they wont cover much at all. OMG!
