Terrible experience! I bought a car on a Friday, 22 hours later, I found out that the WHOLE transmission was shot. The story: I tried the car on a Thursday, I drove it in town, quite a few miles on the freeway, I then when home to do some more research on the car and considered the possible issues. I test drove it again a little further on Friday and decided that the car felt fine. I traded my car in for the new one and signed some papers. I had a little trouble backing up that night but I thought maybe it was just bogged down in the deep gravel where I had parked. The next day I went to back up, the clutch kept slipping. Luckily I was able to pull forward since backward wasnt working, So I went to talk to him. He suggested getting someone to look at the trany fluid. SURPRISE! The car is a closed system and the guy at the Audi place said a) it wouldnt be worth the money to have the fluid drained and b) he was 99.2% sure it needed a new transmission which cost more than the total car. I went back to talk to the guy Id bought the car from. On the way there car slipped into neutral on the freeway. I know that I signed an "as is contract" but it was 22 HOURS later. Not 2 weeks, not anything extreme. The guy was extremely unhelpful and wasnt willing to compromise on anything (not even just trading me my car back) except getting a slightly better deal on labor. But for all I know, it would have been some third-rate chop shop. The car was literally un-drivable. Then to add insult to injury, there must have been something wrong with the wiring because the headlights wouldnt turn off. To top it off he had to have known. It was hard to miss. A car lot across the street gave me some trade-in for it which was nice considering it could only be used for scrap at that point. (Now I have to see if theyll change my ignition coil.) I promised to myself I would never wrote a negative review without putting my name on it. So, my name is Hannah and I traded the 2007 orange Chevy HHR for the 2003 Audi Allroad. You have my number. So the best thing about this, whoever buys that HHR is getting a great car. Its had regular oil changes with partial synthetic (all records in the glove box), new tires (warranty in glove box), had the brakes done (warranty in the glove box), and I had the front wheel bearings replaced (warranty in the glove box). You wont be getting gypped. Hopefully there arent too many spelling errors, I have trouble taking people seriously when they cant write reasonably well.

We bought 2 cars there, a 1991 acura and a 2003 mustang. We are still driving both of them today! We are definitely going to go back there next time! I will agree with some of the other reviews that there are some cars there that have serious issues, and you should have the car you are considering checked out before you buy it, but to say that they are all awful, in my opinion, is just wrong. We have always dealt with BJ, and he has ALWAYS given us great service! When we bought the Acura, he told us straight out that the CV joint needed to be repaired, and set up an appointment for it to be fixed on the following Monday (bought it on Friday). They are always flexible with us on the payment dates (give or take a few days), and BJ has always been respectful of me, and never tried to take advantage of me because I am a female buyer. I would, and have, referred my friends/family to B & C Northwest Auto Sales.

Between my son and myself, we have bought 5 vehicles from B & C auto sales. We have always been treated with respect and have had great customer service. There is not many places you can go to and be able to get into a quality vehicle. Ive been off work for over 3 years now due to chronic neck problems and it has NEVER been an issue for them to bend over backwards to get me and my family into a quality vehicle. I highly recommend B & C Auto Sales for your next vehicle. You will NOT be disappointed. I will finish with this. The other day, I went to look at a van. When I returned the keys, Kyle and Charlie was having a bar b q. I stopped by to return the key, and they offered me a piece of chicken. This is an example of how great they are. Dont delay, go to B & C today and get a quality vehicle at a great price.

NEVER consider a vehicle from here. We thought since theyve changed hands maybe it would be different, but NO! Within 1/2 of purchase (which the car did not have enough gas to give a good test drive--shouldve been our first red flag) we filled the tank and took it on the open road. The vehicle started having serious issues; flashing check engine light and horrible squealing sounds. We took it back and were basically told after Saturday & Monday of trying to figure something out with them ... "You bought it As Is so I guess you should go have it fixed." We were even hoping to turn it into another vehicle on their other lot -- theyd still get the money + some -- but NOPE. You bought it -- Youre loss... is their attitude! NOT an honest dealer WHATSOEVER!!! June 2012

B&C Auto Sales is the best place to get excellent customer service, and get a great price on a car. They really care about you here, and will do everything they can to make sure they put you in a reliable car that you will love. We have bought three cars from them, and they have been amazing to work with. We have never had any major repairs to do on our cars, and they have always been reliable. I just bought a car from them today, and they did a great job working with me to keep my payments where I was comfortable at. I HIGHLY recommend making this dealer your next place to buy a car, you wont regret it! Thank You B&C Auto Sales for making my first car buying experience stress free, and easy going!

I have to admit that due to different life and credit issues, Ive had to deal with more used car dealerships than Im willing to admit. But hands-down this dealership stands alone when it comes to customer loyalty, doing what they say, and not only standing behind their vehicles but going out of their way to represent their family name. They take pride in representing their business. That says a lot nowadays. Youll be hardpressed to find better customer service and a better bang for your buck! These people didnt know me from a hole in the ground yet they repeatedly went out of their way to take care of me and my family ( even when I was behind on a payment). Steven F.

Bought a 01 Subaru outback for 3500 final when sticker was 4260. They will work a deal with you. Shouldve been cheaper because 2 of the seatbelt were torn more than halfway which is not safe. And had to drop 900 just for the tune up. So just dont expect to get a deal completely in your favor. Thats expected with any dealership though. They do offer in house financing with no interest, just a small up front fee which is nice.
