While deciding what car to buy I visited all the home pages for the various dealers in the Bremerton, WA area. I visited the Advantage Nissan site and compared vehicles, available features and cost. I really liked what I saw at Advantage Nissan. I then visited the NissanUSA site. At that point, I was hooked on the Nissan Altima. Next I asked for information from Advantage and promptly heard from Chuck Capps. Josh Beckner contacted me and offered his assistance. A few days later Chuck sent information on the MLK holiday sale and that is all it took. The incentives being offered were too good to pass up. I sent him an e-mail with the description of the new Altima Id like to buy. The next-day Josh called me to say he had my car, but it needs to be brought to Bremerton from another dealer. Saturday, 01/14/12, I went to Advantage Nissan to complete the paperwork to firm up the purchase. While there I met Kevin, the business Manager, Josh, and Adam Green; my wife and I were treated very well. Adam went with us on a test drive of an Altima similar to the car I am buying. The test drive went smoothly and I think the Altima performs super. By the time my wife and I were done we received an excellent deal on a 2012 Nissan Altima S with 20th Anniversary Package. Kevin did an excellent job to make sure we got the best deal possible. Adam Green helped us with some of the paper work and offered to help anytime. Advantage Nissan has outstanding core values and it is apparent all of the staff at Advantage Nissan subscribes to them. I recommend Advantage Nissan to anyone looking for a dealer who goes the extra mile and treats their customers with the utmost courtesy and respect. ******* 04/09/12: Weve had our Altima for nearly 3 months now. When I picked the car up Adam Green made sure I understood as much as possible about our new Altima. He patiently went over every guage and display. He even set up my Bluetooth connection. During the past three months I have found the Altima to be truly the worlds best value. On the highway the 2.5 engine really performs with no sweat. Road noise is minimal. The Altima performs well in all conditions at all speeds. I have continued to compare the Altima against other vehicles I could have purchased, but nothing beats the Altima. Advantage Nissan is the best dealer around. One could not ask for a better dealership who emphasizes value and quality. ****** 10/16/12 Our 2012 Altima was in for its nine month service. I was greeted promptly, checked in and going in the door to my work in roughly five minutes. I appreciated the ride to work. I went back at 2:00 and the vehicle was completed and ready. One wont find a better place for a fair deal and quality customer service than at Advantage Nissan where there take good care of the customer after the sale. ***** 03/21/13 We have now had our 2012 Altima for just over a year and we been back to the dealer four times. I continue to be very impressed with the quality of our Nissan Altima. It gives us a quiet smooth ride on the highway. My visits to the gas station are now only a time or two a month. The performance is great as the 2.5L engine is no slouch. One will find nothing but excellent customer service at Advantage Nissan. They are respectful and courteous to their customers. The quality of service cant be beat. They do excellent work at a fair price. Id recommend Advantage Nissan to anyone.

I didnt even have to go to the dealership to find out how incompetent this lot is. First off their website is incorrect with the phone numbers. I call for parts and services and I get the front desk after the first ring. Second, I was blown off basically as to my inquires for maintenance fees. The desk lady forwarded me to parts and services on two separate occasions to which the phone was never answered. Finally on the last attempt some time later she finally took it upon herself to actually stand up, walk to parts and services (probably less than 40 feet away) and retrieve a pricing list to which she tried to dazzle me with colors i.e. "we have a gold service, and a platinum service, and if you get the platinum service the 4th time we take you to the cleaners for this simple job you can have it for free"! So I sat patiently as her little eyes were glazed over in reverence over herself doing such a fantastic job reading this sheet of paper to me over the phone. When she was finally done I asked her "what if I bring my own oil"? Silence, finally she replied "sir you HAVE to use OUR oil". BULL F******G S**T I DO haha! What if I want to bring my own oil, because I know you dont carry it. She replied "well we can get it for you but we have to purchase it and then charge you". Uh huh..yea umm well I see you guys are really trying to stick it to me with the charges. So no thanks. People, listen the hell up. These dealerships are trained to dazzle you and wow you up front while theyre taking you to the cleaners in your wallet. I only asked for their prices because I no longer live in a house where I can perform my own maintenance. Sift though the sparkly smoke and see it for real!

If you wish to have good service from friendly people Advantage Nissan is the place to go. I purchased two rear seat belts (my intent was to install them myself) in the parts department for my 2002 Pathfinder (our Pathfinder was purchased from Thomas Lincoln/Mercury before Advantage became Advantage Nissan). Parts got me all set up and the belts arrived in a few days - exactly as promised. I ran into a problem - the belts wouldnt release - even when in the right position. I called Advantage for some over the phone help which they cheerfully provided. I spoke with a service tech who gave me several things to try - unfortunately nothing worked. So the following week I drove to Advantage from Port Ludlow. One of the service techs came out and tried to make the belt release - he couldnt either. This tech certified the belts defective. To make a long story short the Parts Manager reordered new belts and arranged for the Service Department to install the belts when they arrived. The installation was to be done at no cost to me. Advantage did not have to do that but they did and I think that is top shelf service. I have to say this is not the first time I have received this type service and care from Advantages Parts Department. Parts ship an engine block to Naples, Italy in 2006 when Nissan USA and East Coast Nissan Dealerships absolutely refused to work with us. I can not say enough good things about the people and service at Advantage Nissan. You have my vote as the best or the best in America. Bottomline - when it is time to buy our next Nissan Advantage WILL again get our business!

This is for their repair/maintenance branch. I have gone here for years and always a similarly experience. I dont usually write reviews but they are too consistently incompetent. Problem 1: My heater went out and they said they had to take apart the dash to get to the vent system. When they returned the car the front panel was incorrectly set (without my knowing) so that when winter came around and I went to use my fog lights, the entire panel pushed in. Problem 2: I took my car because it was leaking anti-freeze. They said they needed to replace some part, to which I agreed. When I got the car back my A/C no longer worked. I called up to ask why and they said the part they replaced was connected to a piece of the A/C unit. They said they removed it because they didnt think it worked anyway because of the parts condition. After a lot of hassle they eventually fixed it. Though they tried to charge me repeatedly for fixing what they broke. The leak they fixed lasted about 4 months, the leak has returned and my A/C no longer works. Problem 3: I take my car in for oil change. Just recently I realized my car leaking oil. I go to change my own oil since Im low anyway and find that the oil drain plug was damaged, they tried to use a plumber tape for the threading. Obviously they knew about the leak but never said anything. Its a poor outfit. They have broke more on my car than they have fixed. Any of their fixes have been very limited duration. Just enough to charge me for and think its working for it to break a few months later. I will not be going back.
