Payman and his brother were very helpful and friendly salesmen. They were willing to work with me on the price and were also very accommodating when trying to help me with financing. Their customer service in this area was definitely 5 stars. However the condition of my car is what led me to a four star review. The mirror was cracked and the step on the back of the car was missing which they created a contract for and replaced so not a problem there. There were however a number of other things wrong with the car. In the first few weeks I had to replace and or fix 10+ different things. This included replacing the windshield spray nozzles, fixing leaky tires due to broken nozzles, replacing a plastic holder on the back side of the center console, replacing the rear lights and license plate lights, replacing the stock radio because it was broken, replacing the speakers because 2 were blown out, welding a broken muffler attachment under the car, and replacing the door lock because the back door wouldnt open. There were a few other fixes but this is most of the list to get an idea. I understand that used cars are used cars and there is a risk the buyer takes when getting into a used car. However, some of these issues could have been taken care of before buying the car and I wish the owners had been a little more attentive. Just make sure you do a thorough inspection of EVERYTHING and I am sure the owners will write it into the contract and fix it. They are great guys but this is one area where I believe they could improve.

Best Car Lot on Hwy 99! Aria Auto doesnt sell you cars, they help you buy the car you want. These guys were so incredibly nice! Way better than the previous jokers. I bought my car from them about 6 months ago and it is still a perfect for me! I havent had any issues with my car whatsoever! At time of purchase , I had asked them to check and fix the breaks and they did! Thats a great attitude to have towards customers. They dont buy crap cars people . They buy good running cars from trusting resources . I had also asked them to fix something a little more extensive before I was out of their hands for good and , not only did they fix it, but they let me drive another one of their cars in the meantime . Tell me, you ever heard of any other car lot doing that From hwy99? Hell. No. Seriously , these guys want good business. They take care of you. Give them the good business they deserve! 5 stars you guys! 5 stars! Hope your business is doing well!

This car buying experience was extremely easy and pleasant. We found a car we liked online and came in. We were greeted by the owner and is hospitality immediately impressed us because we had our overly hungry and tired toddler in tow. We test drove the car and found it to be in extremely good condition. We traded in our car for a VERY fair price and we able get negotiate a lower purchase price on our new car. The whole process took less than 2 hours (weve brought other cars and have spent the whole day with the sale man, so we were impressed). I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to purchase a used car. The family that run this dealership are friendly, professional, and great to work with. We bought a van from these guys about a month ago. We shopped around a bit before checking them out because they advertised good price on the kind of van we wanted. In the end, we left with the car we wanted, got a fair price (and fair value on our trade in), and spent half the time on lot that we would have at a large dealership. These guys are straight-shooters and easy to deal with. Everything they said they would do, theyve come through on. Theres not really anything thing else you can ask for.

What a horrible experience with this company I gotta vehicle from them which in there full right they had no desire to lower the price whatsoever they were from mom price but on top of that 3 times they were suppose to convert my car back to mileage cuz its not in mileage and they came up with every excuse in the world and not getting it done there horrible at communicating and generally the owner doesnt seem like it gives a s*** once he gets the money I wouldnt recommend this for anybody stay clear
