I first received a flyer in the mail from Henry. Since I had actually been thinking about a new car, I decided what the heck, so I called and made an appointment with Henry. We discussed the particular car(s) that I would be interested in and which ones I didnt care for. It just so happened over the weekend a Mazda 3 came back to the dealership and was just waiting for ME!! I got to the dealership and Henry and I sat and talked about the Mazda 3 and mulled around a few other car(s). I do have to say Henry did a lot of work to get me the best deal he could get for me. By the time it was all said and done, Henry had a fantastic APR for me as well as terms. Henry was diligent, professional and treated me like he truely cared about helping me. It was about getting me a car that suited my needs and wants. This is truely the BEST experience I have had at a dealership since 1999 when I bought my very first new car. Henry proved to me today that 1 person can care about what the buyer wants and needs with out a bad experience. ( I say this because of a horrible experience I had in 2005). As well as treating a person with respect!!!! Thank you Henry!! I appreciate Henry and his hard work to have the financing come together to suit me!!! I want to thank you Henry Legras for your time and your effort for me today, and I left a very HAPPY person today. I also want to thank you Power Mazda for having Henry on your team and providing me with such EXCELLENT customer service and the compassion he had for me as a buyer and a person. This is a trait that shines through!! I also want to add, that I WILL tell people about my buying experience and how I was treated like I mattered!!! This is very high on my list and it is a determining factor on me returning to the dealership. I can honestly say I will be a return buyer!!!

I would recommend Mazda of Salem to anyone who is looking for the best deal and best customer service. My girlfirend and I had gone to practically every dealer in Salem, Honda, Volkswagen, Chevrolet, Toyota, Ford you name it but none could provide us with everything we were looking for provide the right kind of service we could trust. We happened to stop by Mazda to hopefully find a car that met our needs and that my girlfriend would love. Thats where we happened to meet Gerson, he was genuinely friendly and easy to get a long with. We first started by filling out the application to see what our price range would be. By the time we had finished filling out the application it was about closing time, so Gerson had us set up an appointment with him for the next day and he would let us know what our price range would be. Throughout the next day he would be in contact with us sending us vehicles we might be interested through text message. By the time we arrived we had an idea of what we were looking for. Gerson had some cars lined up for us to see that were in our price but none that my girlfriend liked. After about an hour I felt like we would not fine the right car for us. Once we were able to get down to the most important needs our new car must have, Gerson brought us A 2013 Mazda CX-5 to test drive. My girlfriend loved it, it had the rear view camera she wanted, its spacious, and has enough room for all our kids. Gerson was able to sell us the car also with the lowest interest rate which was the most important thing to me and it made my girlfriend happy after so much searching we were able to find the car we needed. I highly recommend Gerson and Mazda of Salem to anyone looking to find the best service and best deals, they take great care of their customers.

I spent several weeks looking for just the right car, from Eugene to Portland. I wasnt in a hurry, so I could take my time and find a car that was the right combination of features and price. I wasted several weekends up in Portland haggling with slimy dealerships that left me wanting to take a shower when it was all over. All that changed at Power Mazda. I saw they had a car I wanted, but they didnt have a price on the website yet (they had just gotten the car). I emailed their internet salesman (not expecting much luck) and was surprised to have him (Roy) come back with an reasonable offer. It was simple! I drove up to Salem and bought the car. Power was able to find financing lower than my banks best offer. So, it worked out well all the way around. Of course, they did try to sell me a warranty at a ridiculous price (who expects 3 yr / 36,000 mile bumper-to-bumper coverage on a 7-year old car?) and GAP insurance. So, I wasnt very impressed with that side of things. Theyre nothing more than high-profit items for the dealership that I wish theyd have left out of the negotiations. That said, Roy was personable, and I felt like he dealt with my wife and I honestly. As part of the deal, there were several things the dealership needed to take care of for us after the sale. Many (even most) dealerships suck at following-through after the sale. Roy stuck with it and delivered every single thing he said he would, even weeks after the sale was complete. I had my mechanic check out the car, and he couldnt find any problems. Ive put over 6,000 miles on the car in the first month and havent had a single issue. Its been as solid and dependable as Roy. Id recommend this dealership to anyone shopping in Salem.

Hi all, I appreciate the experience I have had with Power Mazda these last few weeks. Jeff Crites is one of the most professional servicemen I have ever met. He acknowledges your needs and wants and accesses the situation properly without making ANY empty promises. Hes very straight forward and hard working, I like the guy. I bought a 2014 White CX-5 at 126 miles 4 months ago. I put 5700 on the rig by the time I traded it in under warranty of manufacture defect. Jeff got me into a Mazda 3 I Touring (which I adore) for no money down, and he worked for TWO DAYS to get me a better deal on the deal I originally signed. Sure, Ill have to go back into the dealership and sign some papers but that is not an issue. Long story short, One of the computers needed replacing as well as the catalytic converter, an o2 sensor and some other small POM services took place. The nice part about buying a new car is always the warranty that comes with it and the issues were accessed and paid for by Mazda. What I appreciate most is that Jeff took my concerns to heart and never once looked the other way. He took all my crazy phone calls, he walked me through some simple fixes, and hes probably spent a total of 24 hours trying to work the trade in / out of a new vehicle with financial conveniences in mind. Thats a lot of great work. Note: You know you caught Jeff on a bad day when his tie is coming lose... on its own. Be respectful to salesmen, sometimes they cannot make miracles happen and their job is stressful and high paced to be kind and provide to you what they can offer.
