Horrible customer service to say the least....look up crooked car salesman in the dictionary and you will see a picture of the salesman Jeff... I purchased my vehicle about 3 months ago, upon purchasing there were 2 minor problems that were agreed in writing to be fixed and I was told it would take about a week for the parts, 3 weeks later and about 10 messages I finally got a return call...long story short they fixed one of the problems and need to order more parts to fix the other....now another 4 weeks later and about 30 messages, I have still not herd back from Jeff or anyone at Washington auto wholesale... I will be filing a claim with the better business bureau and probably have to take them to civil court to finally get my repairs done.....do not do business with these people, they are liars and cheets

I know that buying a car can be stressful, but these guys will do whatever they can to make it worse. Dont bother to call and ask about the condition of the vehicle because whatever they tell you will be a lie. The vehicle probably wont be cleaned, the mileage will probably be rolled back, the tires will likely be bald and they will most likely have cleared a check engine light so you wont be aware there is a problem with the vehicle. They will make all sorts of promises and not follow through, worse than the usual car buying experience. See the Ripoff Report for more buyer experiences.

Do not buy from this man! He is a horrible person. He scammed me out of thousands of dollars. Gave me a crap car, held it&refused to give it to me, had to call the police to inform them. Im losing my home now due to trying to pay the bills on the car he sold me. Also a tip, if he screwed you over and stops taking your calls. Call from a different number, hell pick up immediately. Hopefully he gets shut down and arrested soon.

Purchased something from ME and we made a verbal for me to buy another set from them, I even removed and delivered minr and WAS supposed to return same day to pick up other set and they chose to wait till they installed the ones they bought from me to call me and say sorry the owner Jeff changed his mind... Theres more to it but thats enough for me to realized they are not honest people nor do they honor there agreements!

We had a wonderful experiance we had Bill as a salesman and he was great got a great reliable minivan for less then wholesale no buyers remorse here we love it. They gave us a free oil change and inspected the van for us everything was great had a problem and the fixed it the next day i would refer anybody there great used car lot with great service Thanks Bill and Washington Auto

Jeff sold me a ford f-150 truck in excellent condition for $1K less than market. Id been pounding the pavement looking for a truck for about a month and I knew a good deal when I saw it. I took it to my mechanic and he said buy it. Ive had it for 3 months and its working perfectly. Im looking to get another vehicle from Washington Auto Wholesale in the next year.
