Went in to purchase a Hyundai Veloster, Bob and Joe made sure I left with one. My case was somewhat unusual, I am a Canadian working in the US with no previous credit history, the team helped walk me through the process of getting my very first car! Everyone was very knowledgeable throughout the whole process, from Initial discussion, to negotiation of the sale, to final financing and warranty. Even staying past official closing time to make sure I was set up with my new shiny blue car. The sales were comfortably low-key, leaving me with a wonderful impression of being worked with, not sold-at. Thank you both Bob and Joe! Id also like to call out the financial officer (whose name sadly eludes me) for making sure I got the right extended warranty for my needs. Santa Rosa is a bit far from home, in Mill Valley, but I think Ill be making the trip anyway to get my car serviced at Manly Hyundai!

I bought the 2013 Santafe Sport since 2013. There has been many recall to repair or replace the part. It took us time to do this, not likely. The service in Petaluma was nice. Currently, we have to go service at Hyndai dealer in Santa rosa. The appointment was at 9:30 take 4 hour to replace the gas cap broken cable (is this really take 4 hour to service?). At 2 pm we came pickup car but they said the car have not serviced yet, we are doing it now. So we have to take the car back for something else. This is my bad experience to the Hyundai Santa Rosa dealer service department This dealer treated us like the dust, thinking that we dont know about service and appointment (the car had been service in Petaluma in the past 3 year w a nice attitude) Sorry I rate 1 star because it talked to people

Poor salesmanship. They are liars and snakes. Dont trust a word they say. Get it in writing and even when it is in writing they still will not honor it. They care nothing about the customer. Behind those smiles are lie. You have been warned. Be careful fellow consumers. Alright had to update this is dealt with Steve the sales manager and Erik Epting when I was being treated like less than human. Such poor customer service. So after weeks of talking to them in talked to the general manager JD. He apologized for thier behavior and worked with me personally. Thank you JD. Oh and the parts department was good. Please avoid Steve and Erik if you go there you should be fine. When I find steves last name is will inform the public.

Friendly staff and good performance. Waiting room has cookies, Fancy coffee machine (hot cocoa to lattes to cup of jo) kids area. Downside? Going in for an oil change can be 1.5-2hrs Try for an 8am appointment for fastest turnover.

Not sure who the previous review dealt with but Ive heard nothing like that from anyone who went there. Maybe they fired him? They were professional and honest, without sales gimmicks or pressure. It was how car buying should be.
