This was the 4th new Honda we have purchased from Capitol City Honda. The service department is great and the sales staff was helpful. Unfortunately, the general administrative part of the organization has decayed. After picking a new accord coupe touring, we went in to finalize the deal and write a check for the car. In previous years, they laid our the blue book value of the trade in, to cost of the new car and we rapidly came to an agreed upon price. Having tangible information made the process open, rapid, and friendly. This year we sat in the sweat box and were presented with a stupid offer, less than ½ blue book for a trade in that had been routinely serviced at this dealership. An extended warrenty cost nearly 10% of the value of the car. Then we sat there without the keys to our own car which they had taken to evaluate its trade-in value. The car is great, but I wish we had gone to a different dealership in the Puget Sound area that offered 12% above blue book for trade ins and life-time warranty at no added cost. When we went in to sign the papers, the person in charge bellowed on the PA system that it was time, although he was just across the showroom from us and could have walked over. Although my wife was buying the car and writing the check, all paper work was in my name to sign except for those pieces for joint ownership where she came last. As I thought about this later, I saw no women working in the sales area. There are women in parts and in the service area, but sales had a strange feeling. I do not know if management of the dealership has changed since we purchased our last Honda, but the management of the sales area has deteriorated.

This review is for Mike Emadi, at Capitol Honda. Yesterday, my mother and I walked into Honda to look at their Civics, and we had the pleasure to work with Mike. We were both skeptical because we feared that since we werent too knowledgeable about cars, we were going to be taken advantage of. That definitely wasnt the case with Mike. He definitely made us feel comfortable, and I never felt inclined or "forced" to buy any car. After test driving a Honda Civic, I was disappointed that they didnt have the color I wanted (Dark Gun-Metal Grey). Mike some how pulled some strings, and managed to find the color I wanted! After giving me such a great discount and lease agreement, I ended up driving out out of the lot with my first new car which is a Honda Civic 2012 which I am IN LOVE WITH :). The gentleman who handled my finances (cant remember his name) was very kind to me as well. After going to other dealerships and dealing with other salesman, Mike and Honda Capitol exceeded my expectations! If you want superior customer service (without the pushy salesman), ask for MIKE EMADI at Capitol Honda. You wont be disappointed!

I walked into this establishment expecting the same run around with my credit. Willie Aguirre immediately greeted me and he got me into the application first which I requested so I wouldnt waste time falling in love with these cars. He guaranteed me he will do whatever it takes so I can have the reliability I need to travel to and from work, I was skeptical but trusted him and he did not let me down. I not only did I get the exact car I wanted but I also got a great deal with a loan through a very reliable credit union and no cosigner. The financial advisor whose name I forget but went to bat with the banks for me said " every car dealership I had been too (a lot of them) had the capability of getting the loan" only Honda and its excellent staff went above and beyond making this happen. My family and I couldnt be more happy knowing I wont be stuck on the side of the road with a junker and my payments are economical for my income. Thankyou again so much you dont know how significant this purchase is going to help my credit being I am a young adult. your the best Willie!

My fiancé and I went to Capitol City Honda and looked at a car that I was very interested in but was out of my budget. I was fine with this and gave the salesman my number in case he got anymore cars in my price range. The salesman called me the following Monday and asked if I was still interested in the car and I said no being as it was out of my price range. He told me he might be able to get the car down to my price range and asked me to come up so I did. When I arrived, the manager and another salesman took me inside and insisted on the selling me the car for the same price. when I told him that the other salesman said that he might be able to get the car to fit my budget they treated me like a child and then said they could not go any lower. Basically they made us drive 60 miles out of our way and it was a total waste of time. We went to the other Capitol City Honda to complain and the manager was there and claimed that he had lowered the price halfway and tried to make the deal again. Never going there again. Lincon Mazda right down the road is AMAZING.

I wish you could give zero stars this is a very bad dealership. Big liars the owner is also. Never do business with this company trust me. Picking my money up and going across to another dealership. It has been two week and I still havent gotten my car they have my money but yet I dont have a car. Ive heard excuse after excuse. I been given the run arounds they told me my car was done that I could come pick it up got there and they told me give them two more hours I left and came back and yet the car still wasnt done the next day the car had a dent in the door the owner got on them and told them they better have it done and out by the end of the day that was two days ago go to pick it up today the dent is still there and today excuse was the battery died. There used cars are lemons. So many complaints that Im not going to even type them all just trust if you are looking for a used car dont spend your money with them there just a bunch of liars and the owner is not going to help you either his just as big of a liar. I will never do business with them again.

Worst dealer in the auto mall. Do not go here!!! Sales staff is happy to lie, and the management backs it up. Told me several times they would get me a car fax and the sales rep had already seen it was clean. It wasnt, it had been in three accidents. Showed it to me after I was already in finance. Really guys??? Car wash doesnt work. Vacuum doesnt work. Incompetent service department. The list is endless. Honda makes good cars, but do yourself a favor and go to a different Honda dealer. This one is a joke. I use to sell cars and know the process. When the rep four squared me, he inflated my payment to make it easier for finance to add stuff like a warranty on the back end. Illegal!!! I left without buying. There are plenty of dealers who will treat you right in the auto mall. Again, I have sold cars in the past. If they do that type of stuff, you dont want to even know what happens when you arent around. For my military peeps just coming to Olympia. Stay away!!!!!
