Had the opportunity to work with, and buy a car, from Rainier Auto & Truck. The transaction was pleasant and enjoyable from start to finish. Will, and his wife Lisa, were professional and outgoing making my family feel at ease. The car we purchased was used, but good quality. Will told us about an issue he had experienced with it after our test drive and, while a very simple matter, he said he had corrected it. He didnt have to say anything to us, but he did and my family appreciates his open and honest way of doing business. I would not hesitate to buy another car from him in the future and look forward to the opportunity to do business with him and his wife again. Top notch sales technique. No hard sell, just small town honesty which has kept him in business for years. Rainier Auto & Truck is a credit to their industry which, as we all know, doesnt enjoy the best of reputations. Youll like the service you receive from Will and Lisa. Fair, honest, and outgoing. 1st class treatment from the minute we stepped on their lot.

My friends in Oregon and Washington please do not go to this dealership. I bought my dodge Durango from here and ever since I bought this dodge its been in the repair shop more then I have drove it. Not even 30 days since I bought it, the transmission went out. Then it took little over a month to fix it, yesterday the dodge check engine light came on and started blinking and all this crazy stuff was going on. Had to have a tow truck tow it to the repair shop and now its a list of parts that will cost other 700 to fix and that might not even work. Called the dealership and spoke with Will the owner and he wont help!!! He sold us a lemon and Oregon dose not have a lemon law so guess who got button raped!!! Stay far away and spread the word!!!

We bought a Saturn Outlook last week and the alternator went out and left me and my daughter stranded. Without even asking and knowing cars are As Is Will took care of moving suv and fixing it for us. All I can say is WOW what dealer does that now a days.
