Camerons details on the Car in USAAs Car Shopping WebSite sold me before I even arrived there. And I had been surfing for several Weeks before I found this one. (Auto Trader, Craigs List, and finally USAA once I realized that I had to increase my Funding.) Having the CarFax available at no cost definitely helped! Once I did arrive, there was a slight delay before he was available. But it was much more pleasant to wait than to be overwhelmed by Salesmen! He was courteous and helpful. During the Test Drive, I came up with several Questions about the CarFax that he was unable to answer. But as soon as we got back, he went into Service and got the answers for me. I had come in with Kelly Blue Book information hoping to get the cost reduced a little. But he had the correct Kelly Blue Book information already printed out and handed it to me almost immediately after the Test Drive. So while I was "sad" that I couldnt negotiate a lower cost, I was convinced that I was still getting a good cost. There was another rather lengthy delay while he was getting all of the paperwork for the sale ready for me. But I had walked in with a USAA Loan instead of going with Emmert Motors "usual" Loan Company so he had to contact them and get a Live Person. All in all, I am very satisfied. Especially when I realize that he was just selling me an "inexpensive" Used Car while treating the transaction and me as though I were purchasing a Brand New Top of the Line Car! Cameron is a Professional.

They were really nice and really trusting. I called in advance and let them know what car I was interested in and they had it waiting for me though I wasnt going to be there until the next day. I set up an appointment with a mechanic in a neighboring town and when I got to Emmert in St Helens they handed me the keys and said to just take the car out for a test drive and take it to the mechanic. Once the mechanic checked it out they made trading in my old car and financing pretty quick. I wasnt planning on being back in Texas for a month so they gave me a temporary plate and said they would issue another for free if I was in Oregon longer than expected. The Texas DMV is a pain and charges sales tax even if you buy a car in another state which sucks in Oregon because there isnt a sales tax there. The people at Emmert being so close to Washington had a system in place to deal with the sales tax issue which was somewhat comforting because I didnt really know what the protocol would be. They did not budge on the price but I was buying a 2008 Toyota Sienna which was $5k under bluebook. I know they made money, but I dont think it was a huge amount. When we did get home a box was waiting for us from Emmert of jams and jellies from St Helens. It was a good experience all around and the jam was good too.

l. Special sale at the Scappoose SHCU location. PUlled in, and I asked one attendant what the rate of interest was for the cars. Answer:2.5 2. Found a reasonable truck,14 years old, 131,000 miles, price:around $8,700+. Looked up issues with truck, had frame damage. Rep offered $250 off of the price bringing total cost to $8,450. 3. Put $5,000 down, to finance, total to finance $3,450 4. Purchased an extended warranty, son and I heard $900, bringing the price to $4,350. 5. Paperwork to sign and approvals to be had. My eyesight went south about that time, result of a stroke 5 years ago. I did notice the interest rate had jumped to 6%. I asked about that and answer was the 2.5% is for new vehicles. This was no special after all. 6. Checked (when I could see9 2 days later) the extended warranty was $1,800, not $900. and the extended warranty was effective only if the dealership approved the work! 7. So the total cost of the truck was over $10,500, the warranty was limited, the truck has 131000 miles on it with frame damage, the interest rate was the highest I have EVER had a car loan on. I paid off the loan today and probably will not ever go back there. No hearts and flowers from this customer.

Upon being interested in the car we chose, the salesman was very cordial and professional in giving me the information I needed as they have also done in times past when we looked into other vehicle options. They allowed me to test ride the car, which included a trip to our home so I could show it to my wife and get her opinion. The paperwork end of it went very smoothly. Emmert Motors is a very professional small town dealership. Every time we come in, whether to buy parts or just browse vehicles, they are very polite, no high pressure, and they always make us feel very welcome.

I purchased a 2015 Chevy Silverado from Jeremy at Emmert a few weeks ago. The buying experience was fantastic. Jeremy was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was trading emails with me the night before and that morning on a few questions i had before i went out to take a look and test drive. I got a very fair price for my trade in, and they were able to find a quality lender for my finance package. I would defiantly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

My wife and I purchased a 2013 Chevy Equinox from Cameron at St. Helens Emmert Motors. We had been looking for this car for nearly 2 months when we cam across Cameron. He was very knowledgeable about the car and the incentives offered. He made us feel that we got great value for our purchase. We will recommend Cameron to any and all friends, family and co-workers if they are in need to buy a car.

Experience was fantastic. Jeremy was a great help and professional. From first contact through Autotrader to the sales process in St. Helens, everything was smooth and streamlined. We felt like we were given perfect information to make a well informed purchasing decision. The finance department was also kind, and made it easy to work with our local CU. Happy with our new Volt.

Dropped in early in the morning, a car that had just been accepted in trade the day before was mentioned by their sales manager. Turned out to be THE car for me. Stellar service and attention to needs for the sale of the car. Have had fantastic response from the service area as well. Very accommodating and kind.

Bryce is an awful seller- drove 3 hours to look at a car and right when we pulled into the lot he decided to call and say "oh wait looks like we sold that car". Thanks a lot Bryce!! I wont ever recommend anyone to Emmert- and I dont ever leave reviews on anything so obviously this company did me wrong.
