I bought a used laptop from this place Emerald City Tech Inc. I had nothing but problems from day one with my laptop from them. First I could not register it, because I was not provided with a key code. This still will not allow me to update to Windows 10. Also, the laptop would not run without it being plugged in all the time which makes it virtually impossible to take it to the park or where ever. Next the power supply cord had electric tape upon arriving from Emerald City Tech Inc. Now the power will go out on me during crucial moments on the web. I tried to return it or get store credit by communicating via email and they would not respond to me. My second email I threatened to give them a bad rep if they did not answer me. Still no response. So now here is what they deserve a bad reveiw. On top of this someone in their store tried to use my credit card to buy four different products the highest amount being over $1300. Thanks to my quick acting credit union they caught the fraudulent activity and did not pay out the monies and contacted me immediately.

WORSE experience ever. This CON ARTIST selling on Ebay under name ectdata,my advice to you AVOID this SCAMMER as he selling beat up badly used laptops as refurbished, lying about everything working,cosmetic condition,shipping etc, this seller pathological liar and SCAMMER , using FAKE pictures,not an actual item for sale!!! He is NOT Dell registered partner and refurbisher etc as claiming He is just another one shady crooked business trying make money from trash I bought from him Dell Latitude E6410 in very very very bad working and cosmetic condition: deep cracks dents and scratches on body, dead pixels on monitor,constantly getting overheated and not responsive.... keeping charge less than 10 minutes !!!! BUT the seller advertised this laptop being in perfect working and cosmetic condition, BIG FAT LIE !!!! For now i opened dispute with Ebay and have to ship this trash back for my expense (around 30$) If you want to buy good laptop AVOID this SCAMMER and LIAR ,check his feedback on Ebay and on Google, over 10 people been scammed by this con artist

I have to give my review for this site as well on ebay. I order a Dell Optiplex 780 from there ebay pg but they ship me the wrong thing it was Dell Optiplex 760 with no graphics card and no WiFi card but the thing is i had to call and ship it back. I do not recommended this seller.
