This Best Buy is one of the better that Ive seen. The staff here are very helpful and are not afraid to ask if you need any help. Usually, the Best Buys that I go to are crowded and messy. This one, however, is clean and isnt nearly as crowded as the typical Best Buy. The few times Ive been here, Ive never had an issue finding what I needed. The only thing I couldnt find was the new Microsoft Surface Book, but I did not fault them for that. The store is quick to put on display new cool gadgets for customers to take a look at. Unlike other locations, display units are not stolen. I came here right after the announcement of the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and S6 edge plus and was pleasantly surprised to see it on display. On my last visit, I came to buy USB Type C accessories but was disappointed to find that this location did not carry any. Fortunately, when I asked about USB Type C, the staff member I talked to actually knew what I was talking about, which was a nice touch. Generally, I find that Best Buy employees dont know much about tech at all so I usually avoid asking but this location seemed to have more knowledgeable employees. Because of that, I felt a little more confident that if I needed help, the employees would be able to answer my questions. All in all, a pleasant change from the usual experience at Best Buy. Highly recommend.

As much as I love Best Buy this store gives me a headache every time... I have walked out on more than one occasion and drove 25-30mins to the Arden or Natomas Best Buy due to the treatment of staff! I understand that being a younger African American women I am going to be profiled but this is just ridiculous... I am no dummy and refuse to be treated as such especially when I am spending money. But today definitely took the cake; to be told over and over a computer that was purchased less than a week ago is shutting down freezing and mouse disappearing while in use is due to me pressing the turn off track pad button at the very top of the key board... then switched to I downloaded malware and when I asked for the malware to be pointed out he said he has to run multiple extensive scans before they can be seen... but you just said that is the reason why from looking so if you can see can you please show me... the just looked up at me without a word... yes I am so sorry I did not explain to you before you prejudged me that I just completely rebuilt a windows 7 computer a month ago... smh Im not rude ignorant or unlearned so this treatment was unsolicited Never Again Ill use my $4.38 per gallon gas and drive out of my way... I never place public reviews due to my influence but this is unacceptable!

The employees at the store helped me find the product I wanted and gave great informed tips and advice. Great sales floor team, very helpful. Unfortunate the lady at the register refused to accept a price match from amazon because the lowest price for the item was sold by a 3rd party and fulfilled by amazon.. Thats fine, it matches their policy. However, she overlooked that the product was ALSO sold by amazon for only $1.40 more, something I discovered when I got home and purchased the item online (a gaming mouse, in this case). A little less laziness on her part would have gone a long way. For someone like myself who only buys small computer accessories, why bother using the store for anything than a demo room to see the product in person if this is the response I get? Its just not worth having to force my way through people who dont care for my business. Ive worked in retail, Ive worked in customer service. I know its not fun, but its your job to at least try. Good luck at this store, hopefully you get the ones that do try.

My husband and I each bought Samsung 7s last week and were happy to know that the Samsung rep in the Woodland Best Buys holds classes to learn all of the options. Although the time was in the middle of the day which disrupts his schedule, my husband signed up for one today (Tuesday July 26) at noon. He received a text to remind him of the class. When he showed up, the staff said that the teacher was a no-show. Since Best Buy has his number (to be able to text him a confirmation), they should have been able to send another text to say that the class was canceled. If the Samsung rep was unable to make it, she should have notified not only the staff, but definitely the attendees. I will give you 5 stars for realizing the need for a class like this, but take away 3 for the way it was handled.

This is the first time I have been inspired to write a negative online review. I bought a laptop that stopped working about six weeks later. They are not allowing me to return the laptop, even for in-store credit. I get that they have a 14 day return policy, but when you buy a computer you assume that it will last substantially longer than 14 days. I feel like I have been conned, and I encourage all potential customers to thoroughly understand return policies before deciding where to purchase an expensive item. After doing so, I suspect you will choose to shop elsewhere.

I ordered a Apple Watch online and this store had it available for store pick up. I had to drive 30 miles to get it. I had no problem picking it up. The Customer Service when I arrived was great. The problem was when I got home and tried to pair my watch. It was locked with someone elses ID. I tried calling the store several times and the phone just rang and rang. I tried another day and the same! I never got through. I contacted my local Best Buy (Vacaville) and they answered the second ring. I think Woodland needs to fix their phone customer service dept!

Fairly large store, as Best Buys go. Theyll price-match. Employees are helpful and approachable. There are often-surprising discounts in the store versus store prices listed online for the same product. A bit disorganized, with a single category of merchandise in two or three different locations on opposite sides of the store. Altogether about the best choice for consumer electronics, computers, TVs and home theatres for those whod rather not make the drive to Frys Electronics in Sacramento.

I literally vow to never give a cent of my money to Best Buy again. I cannot support an organization with such profoundly ignorant policies towards its cutomers. I was turned away by management for a return that was a couple months too late, all over just $20. Not like I was robbing the place. Hello Best Buy you have competitors that provide the right experience!

Best Buy as a chain used to be one of my weekly shops to go visit. Now they hardly seem relevant in the marketplace anymore other than for those customers who need to actually see and touch something first. I have consistently gotten better prices and more selection at better quality by shopping other stores online or just walking in to Costco.

Its OK, but a fairly small store with rather limited selection. They have a Samsung center of thats your thing. Their movie selection is depressing. They do price match (will even match Amazon pricing IF the product is sold by and fulfilled by Amazon. Check those product details.)
