I have been a loyal customer of Walmart for many years and since the doors opened with this particular Walmart! I am well known by the staff and have never had any complaints with this location. As a matter of fact I took time to encourage others to shop at this store. Today this has changed! I can not express how shocked I was to not find one single item that even remotely came close to recognizing Veterans Day! No cards! No decorations! No red,white,and blue baked goods! No balloons and the store had ZERO acknowledgement of this NATIONALLY recognized Holiday! This store is located near a military base and and they spend money in this store as well! I couldnt purchase cards for my husband and coworkers. This is inexcusable!

I usually like going to this one. It is usually well stocked and clean - employees are nicer too. It has slowly gone down hill when I have visited. Employees are too bothered to help and when do are rude about it, it is dirtier ... My last visit which was quite recently, I wanted to pick up vegetables and some fruit. Whoever is in charge of produce had NOTHING stocked. It was mostly empty bins. I came home with very little fresh produce which was ok. I went to cut peaches for my son and while fresh on the outside were completely rotted in the inside. Sucks to see it going this direction ... Was always such a nice store to go to. Yeah ... Run around on phone trying to get a manager on the phone as well ... If they answer.

Look overall this is the best local Walmart in within ac50 mile radius. Always really clean and uncluttered. Also I never go here expecting excellence. However in this case they strive for it in there actions. I was in line and didnt know it was closed. I had a lot of stuff in my cart and said excuse me sir my line is closed. I apologize and started to turn around when he said never mind come back please I apologize please not you. Then with a smile he proceeded to cash me out. I looked back and noticed a line forming he didnt say anything just turned on his light and called for backup. Great job sir I will update this post with your name on it when I see u again✅

Mixed emotions. When you dont have $, I understand why you shop here and other reasons too. Huge selection of products in almost anything you would need to shop for. I had never been to a Walmart this size before. I was overwhelmed! I was there for a LONG time just looking at what they had. The prices were so cheap. If I didnt know how cheap they were with their employees and how everything is purchased out of the USA, I would actually buy and support the store. However, I refuse to support them for the above reasons. It was amazing still to see how large it was yet sad to see why all the local businesses have closed.

Many times theyre empty items off of the Shelf, many times there is no one to greet, many times theres no one to help, many times when you ask a question they dont know, they actually have left you waiting without any response, there has been misinformation and they dont hold up to what they should. Even though they are open 24 hours they actually have many sections that are closed and you dont know that until you get there including their jewellery counter and of course some other areas even in electronics have been closed after 10 p.m.

The service has gone downhill since opening. People are just short of rude. I have been at the locked up booze with 2 other people who were also getting booze and the lady went off and asked 2 times for help and I finally called the store 2 times asking for help and the second time the lady just chuckled and when asked what was so funny just blew it off. I only go there anymore for quick purchases. And by the way nice "toy" gun. Sure to get a kid shot

Yes I know it was late night /early morning..bout 3am. Perhaps that was justification for what transpired this night....When I walked out of the store I was greeted with a large amount of cigarette smoke from the employees! Absolutely disgusting, rude, and selfish! There should be designated smoking areas EVERYwhere! Say at the furthest rear of Walmart and the same at other companys as well! And no HTC cell phone cases at this location either

Scrambled Eggs

Dropped my calls 3 times on Black Friday. First attempt didnt even ring for a minute, my second attempt didnt "hear" me, my third attempt got me through, but he immediately dropped after asking to page to someone on the register. All in a collective 15 minutes. This is probably the worst service Ive had with Walmart ever. If this is what customer service is, then why go hear if youre not treated fairly. Not that theyll ever read this anyway

Nice and clean, because its new. The day employees are smiley & friendly, but the late night stock employees are ghetto fabulous: yelling, laughing out loud; halting customers to pull their loads by and occasionally stopping in place to huddle and discuss personal & intimate drama among peers while interupting a shopping experience I can only enjoy at night due to my work schedule. Other than that its a nice store to shop at

Bought big ticket item on line,great experience. Tracked it, great experience. Not delivered when stated, talked to assistant manager Jamie she said she would call when ready to pick up. She did not call and the item had been setting there! Called back 24 hours later and talked to Ike he found it and logged it in and I picked it up all within an hours time!!! Thank you Ike!!! Assistant manager Jamie not so much!

Suisin Walmart Deli guys were AWESOME!! Needed 2 6 ft sandwiches for a party at last minute..gave them 4 hrs to make meat and cheese only sand and they did them .Very polite..saved a birthday party!! Deli at Fairfield Walmart refused to make ...they had 4 ppl working to Suisuns 2 ppl. Thanks Gary and one other! They will get my service from now on..even tho Im 3 minutes from Fairfield store!

They seem to always have what you need, except a knowledgeable employee. I went there looking for an adhesive to attach fabric to plastic. There were many options, buy no associates near to be found to ask questions. I know I was at Walmart, so you cant really expect the best customer service for the prices you pay. Thats when a Google search was helpful enough for what I needed.

I love this location. It is very clean, including the parking lot which is well lit during evening hours. This is a 24hr location, and each time I visit I am never disappointed by the staff. Always friendly and welling to assist. I have seen even the managers roll up their sleeves to help out. Excellent customer service is their motto, and they do a very good job at it.

Dank selection of Yu-Gi-Oh cards to quench your thirst for accessible collectables my dudes. Plus it is across from a Subway that sells Pizza instead of sandwiches so when youre done perusing your desired selection of marketed assets you can go and eat pastry disks covered in meat and solidified bovine lactate. 10/10 Buffalo Wild Wings is the best.
