Not bad, I brought my laptop in the see why it wasnt connection to my wifi and it took a little over a half an hour to find out that my laptop had security holes and spyware but its mostly because my laptop is more then five years old and is slow. Overall, I was content with my service.

Thomas gave excellent customer service... & Hes new. A few register probs, but not his fault. He handled things like a champ. The manager was great too. Both had real patience. Love this store. Good customer service. Tally ho ! :-)

For example, I tell the employee i would like this certain monitor (non of which are available without the help of a sales associate) and she says " so you really want me to go get it for you? " hahaha what a terrible experience

Good parking, had the items I needed and got a lower price with my coupon Sign up for weekly news to get an email coupon. Update: needed to fax 2 pages, web said $1 per page, actual price is $1.69 - lose a star for deception.

Worst customer service ever. Took me 20 minutes to find a sales associate who then had no idea how to help, complained to me about other staff, then couldnt find my copy order. I will never go back to this location.

This location is a bit smaller but was well stocked. May not have as many items as larger store. Not a very busy with tons of parking. Staff was helpful.
