My husband and I would leave zero stars if we could. Where should we start? My husband purchased a computer and all peripherals about a year and a half ago for $8,000 total - this is a top-of-the-line gaming PC with the works. After upgrading to Windows 10, we started having problems with the computer restarting on its own. We figured it was the power supply, so we purchased a new power supply and took it into Command to see if the staff there could install it. It took staff at Command over two weeks just to test the computer to determine that the issue wasnt the power supply. It took another three weeks to determine that the problem was actually a program in the computer that was incompatible with Windows 10, that was causing the computer to reboot. In the meantime, staff at Command diagnosed a "problem" with the memory, a replacement for which we also purchased, even though we had a warranty on the memory currently in the machine. We were told that staff at Command would send the old memory in for a warranty refund and credit us when we paid and picked up the machine. This did not happen, and so we are technically still owed money by Command. We paid over $400.00 to Command for the repair/service and we also purchased the new memory and the power supply, so we are out over $800.00 for repairs and equipment at this point. We were so happy just to get the machine back, we didnt care that the temperature/fan control/processor readout was not working. YES - it appears that they broke items that were working just fine BEFORE we took the computer in. They then wanted to charge us to fix that. No thank you, we were just glad to get the computer back after FIVE WEEKS. During that five weeks, my husband went in several times to check on the progress of the repairs, since it seemed impossible to reach anyone at Command by phone. Every time my husband went in, the shop (including our computer) was covered in sawdust, and parts and computers were all over the place. It was a mess. Additionally, weve read reviews similar to this one for Command on Google, Facebook, and Yelp. Several other reviews mention the difficulty in obtaining their computers, laptops, or parts. I wonder what happens to these items if they are never returned to the owner (our old memory, for example). Im sure anyone reading this can put two and two together. We will be filing a complaint with the BBB, detailing the above information. Check out the other reviews on Google, Yelp, and Facebook, and above all...steer clear of this place!!

The owner is completely rude. He gives horrible customer service and is indecisive about what his business offers. Here is my story. I brought in 2 computer components for E recycling, an old CPU heatsink and a PSU. Along with that I brought in a couple of working things like a wireless router and a set of computer speakers. I walked in and asked the man working if he would accept these things for donation or recycling. He kind of sneered and said "I dont take peoples garbage if that is what you are asking!". He then directed me to take my "crap" to Goodwill. I told him I would do that, but he then all of a sudden wanted to take a look. He took all the stuff but he explained to me that he doesnt normally do this sort of thing. Ya know it is fine if he doesnt do E recycle or donations, but in that case he shouldnt have a big freaking sign on his door that says E-Cycle! This guy (the owner) is seriously confused, out of touch, and maybe going senile. His favorite Windows operating system is Vista. That is all you need to know right there. In short I will never go back. You should avoid his business. If you need to recycle some electronics go to the place in Bellevue, or REPC at South Center. Dont give this clown your business.

The owner is an a**hole. Waited 4 weeks without a call back. I finally called and he told me to pick up my laptop if I didnt like his business(said he was busy). Called back after 7 weeks(he was in a better mood), but once I asked for a quote for either replacement or to fix my laptop this guy once again said to pick up the laptop. How can this guy be in business? *UPDATE* I went into the store to pickup the laptop, I was greeted by a long haired gentlemen(owner?) heres how it went- owner "whats the name on the account" myself "Brian Olson" owner "oh, so your the as***** whole posted the bad review about me" myself "yes you never called me back and when I called you were very rude" At this point the owner then shoved the laptop into my arms(in 6 pieces and missing two screws!!!!!!!!!!!) and he said...... owner "get the f*** out of my store and if you come back im going to beat you over the head with a stick". I left and an now pursueing contacting the better business bureau.

Mike has single handedly saved me from a previous string of website/hardware/software consultants that messed up my websites, ruined my SEO, and made the technical side of our businesses miserable. Everything has been consolidated, SEO is in order, hardware and software work properly, new landing page and full websites are awesome, and his efforts on our behalf are second to none. He really wants us to be successful and works on our projects as if they are his own. I gladly refer him to anyone that needs this kind of help. Thanks Mike!

Ive bought about 500$ worth of stuff from this store took it home only to realize it was marked up 100% or more above market value, went back and spoke with him. Thats how he does business. I like the idea of a computer store in four corners but I will never buy anything here again and theres no way I would trust this guy with my custom computer. Long story short beware

I agree with the other review. I just called and this guy is in the wrong business. This guy jus wants you to say the exact thing you need with absolutely no effort on his part. He just kept saying youll have to come in and see for yourself and didnt even want to try to help over the phone.

My first time here, great experience and very helpful staff. They helped me identify what I needed, had it in stock and at a fair price. Will definitely be back.
