Up until recently, they were providing shipping tape at no cost to the customers so they can package their items in the store before shipping them out. I usef to like this service but now they are charging $2 ($1 ea side) per box regardless of size . Come on Staples! Dont you guys make enough on your shipping supplies? I used to like this store. Now Im not sure if Ill be back. In all fairness, mgr told me on the phone that corporate is behind this bonehead move and offered me a refund on the $2 if I bring him the receipt. Sorry, too little too late.

Needed reprints of my business cards this morning and went to Cupertinos Staples - excellent service and very knowledgeable about printing formats, qualities etc unlike so many printing places Ive visited. The end quality is definitely acceptable and presentable on heavy paper, occasional very minor smears between letters (probably 200dpi not 300dpi print but I am guessing). Combined with no two-sided printing I think the quality is overall "good", but the service is fantastic.

wast of my time and money. I called before time to came into their store because I needed to print a paper from email, they said they can help me with that and to come by. I Came in and told me their email system has been down from this morning! they said I can use their computer and they will not charge me but I checked my bank and they did charge me! so I got no paper and they took $1.39 from me.

Get an email to pick up my online order. The UPS tracking also shows it is delivered. However, the package is NOT there! The store manager cant find it. Chat with customer service and he sent a request. Several hours later I got a call, telling me the order is ready. I went to store but again they couldnt find it. Avoid shopping at Staples to save your precious time!

This place has great customer service and staff. The staff was kind and willing to help when I came to return a defective computer that was under warranty. Besides the staff, I would recommend buying things online instead of in-store as the in-store items costs more than usual.

The staff are polite and well trained. Most products are well stocked, and its usually easy enough to find help if you need it. The main downside is that they havent updated the shopping experience in years so it feels very utilitarian.

No greeting at the door. Hard to find what i need. Eventually found someone to help. Stood in line for a while... Service is borderline acceptable, but not great. Some employees try much harder than others.

Tried to print something. Printer didnt work. Finally had to send the file to someone but they still charged me by second and for the failed print job. I am going to remember to print at work next time..

Excellent customer service and super friendly staff! The workers at the Print & Copy center were very helpful, and the cashier gave a nice smile and "have a nice day" on my way out.

Good place for school shopping. Has most of supplies youll need but some are missing. Some things also are overpriced and not worth buying here.

Normal Staples. Tends to be smaller than other ones. Since not a lot off people come here they have a large stock of items.
