Sicuramente la società con la clientela più soddisfatta e fidelizzata. Dopo 11 anni da utente Microsoft Windows ho aquistato un computer Apple e sono rinato. Rimpiango il tempo passato a risolvere problemi quando con un Apple, che come dicono negli Stati Uniti «It just work!», semplicemente FUNZIONA! Chi è convinto che costino troppo non ne ha mai visto uno in funzione. Ogni componente hardware e soprattutto il sistema operativo di casa Apple, Mac OS X, valgono ogni centesimo speso. Durano diversi anni senza perdere prestazioni, ti permettono di lavorare, studiare e divertirti anche con i modelli più economici. Sono ormai anni che i professionisti scelgono Apple per lavorare ed essere competitivi in grande sicurezza, dato che le probabilità di essere infettati da un virus informatico e simili o di subire un attacco di un malintenzionato tramite Mac OS X sono praticamente nulle. Non si ha ancora la necessità di un software antivirus su un computer Apple, perciò niente costi aggiuntivi. Consiglio a chiunque di visitare un Apple Store o un rivenditore Apple prima di acquistare il vostro prossimo computer. Sarete soddisfatti della vostra scelta per lungo tempo come lo sono io dal 2006 ad oggi.

Katasztrófa! Az a minőségi zuhanás ami az elmúlt években történik mind szoftveres mind hardveres téren az katasztrófa. Lassan a minőség a legalsó szintre süllyed. Erre még egy lapáttal rá tesz Cupertino, lásd a mostani alkatrész cserék folyamatát. Méreg drágán vásárolt laptopot napokig nem használhatom, mert a töltőkábelt cserélik, de ehhez le kell adni és várni a jó kábel megérkeztét.... Skandalum. Mit képzel magáról az APPLE ? Nem az a baj, hogy hibás az alkatrész, de hogy ezt nem lehet ugyanúgy cserélni mint az Ipad töltő csatlakozóját az a vásárlók semmibe vétele. Ez már annál is rosszabb mint a strandlabda nézegetése egy erős /?/ hardveres gépen. Évtizedekig a legmagasabb szintet képviselték az Apple termékei! Mi történt, történik az utóbbi években? Nincs egyetlen értelmes ember se már a cégénél? Azt nem hiszem, hogy a problémákat csak én látom....

Tenía ganas de venir a la sede de Apple y comprobar que todo era, al menos por fuera, como había visto siempre en las fotos que adjuntaba en los posts de tecnología que escribía en su día en blogs como Engadget. Curiosamente, la Apple Store de 1 Infinite Loop de Cupertino no es ninguna tienda espectacular, ni enorme, ni con servicio técnico. Se trata de una de las tiendas más normalitas de cuantas he podido visitar de Apple alrededor de Europa y EEUU, en la que se vende exactamente lo mismo, y a los mismos precios, que en cualquier otra. Quizá, lo mejor es que disponen de un apartado con algo de merchandising donde puedes encontrar camisetas, libretas, bolis y tazas, a la venta exclusivamente en esta tienda y que, como comprenderás, no son baratos. Yo me compré una libreta pequeña y una taza, que uno no viene hasta Cupertino todos los días como para no traerse un recuerdo.

Hombre, para poder tener un producto Apple hay que poder permitírselo y además todo lo que hay alrededor de un producto Apple es más productos Apple que has de comprar. Si quieres estar atado a algo, compra Apple. Están muy bien diseñados: eso no lo niega nadie; pero si no puedes con MIcrosoft y no quieres supeditarte a unas máquinas caras de Apple, que normalmente tienen menos prestaciones que sus equivalentes pc en el mercado, pues puedes tirar por Linux. Ahí sí que tienes libertad absoluta y está avanzando a pasos agigantados. Los Mac molan mucho, pero tunearte tu sistema linux mola más. Y ojo que el MacOS viene de la rama BSD, que como sistema operativo funde al Win. Que también cae simpático por eso. De diseño e ideas innovadoras un 10, pero te vinculas peligrosamente a sus productos y soluciones, que suelen estar "muy capadas".

Its pretty small compared to other Apple stores. Service here is average. Parking is always difficult and sometimes you have to use the overflow parking service. Definitely not the best Apple store. Ive been to many in different cities and countries. However, theres a few suveniers that you cannot find at any other Apple store, like Apple T-shirt, mugs. Not many kinds though. It is a "must visit" because there is literally nowhere for you to visit in the HQ. Maybe the canteen counts? Apple definitely needs to build a giant Apple Store at the new Apple Park, or somewhere close by. Most of the times when I was here I can feel the staff are nice but the time when I picked up my purchased product online, I couldnt believe they didnt give me a bag to carry with, rather told me I could purchase a gift bag at $10 cents. Well I could purchase one, but it was not that necessary once I put everything in the car, AND i didnt have ten cents, AND, I didnt need a gift bag as it was for myself, AND, I didnt understand why they couldnt offer to give me a bag when I spent almost $1000 on the products. Anyways, without arguing anything (I felt amused and speechless), i held the products, my purse, car key and phone with both hands walking out of the door... A few staff not busy but standing right in front of door, smiling to me, and said "thank you". I had to push the door open with my body.. well thats not a very big problems maybe. I am a fan of Apple and I can bear with any kind of treatment.. It was an amazing visit.:))

Really disappointed by the type of after purchase repair service that I got for support. This was for my watch series 2 Hermès which is basically an edition series watch, I though for a watch that expensive I’ll get a good service. My watch had become slow, unresponsive sometimes and also got warm sometimes after a few hours of usage. Thus I seeked for service and sent it in for repair 2 times within 2 weeks, still same. They sent the same watch back saying that they could not reproduce the issue, well there are some things that takes time to show up again once erased and unpaired. So it is not my fault that they could not reproduce the issue. And it has come back again. Now, I can’t get any support because I do not live in US and don’t have service/support for Hermès watch in my country which I mention clearly while sending for repair. I described the problems and concerns in detail 3-4 over support chat, 3 time over fone and 2 times with technical support at apple store. After all this they still did not resolve the issue completely. If they could not reproduce the issue from their side they should have just given a replacement unit to avoid any future issues. I paid soo much for the watch and got an extremely disappointing service. I guess I’ll think a lot before buying an Apple product anymore, because if I get such service for expensive products, there is no point in spending on Apple.

I will be writing a hard copy to apple about imovie but I need to say this is beyond ridiculous! imovie keeps freezing up on a project that I have to get done. Not only is it pushing all my other work back having to redo this project but it is far beyond frustrating!! The project I am working on is ONLY 7 minutes! I talked to apple care for about an hour and they eventually told me I had to do the project over. I took that one on the chin and said to myself fine! I did this whole entire project over and 4 seconds into finishing this project, it freezes!!!! So i decided to go to an apple store in cherry hill nj. The guy tells me its my camera. I said how is it possible that it is my camera when I had this same problem on my mac book with a totally different camera. He seemed completely clueless leaving me with no good answer to why this is happening. All he said was that this happens a lot. Well hello!!! Apple fix the problem then!!! So today I looked on some blogs to see if anyone else had this same problem and there it is about 100 different people are having this same EXACT problem. This is very embarrassing. I truly love working with mac and saved every penny to funny get one and this is my result, a clueless apple employee standing in front of me without a single solution. I need this to work and never give me a problem again!!
