A month ago, I came with my dad to Vision Express right at closing time. I spent 30 minutes choosing glasses making the employees stay late. They graciously helped me find a good pair of glasses. Unfortunately my mother and friends didnt like my glasses. So almost a month later I walked back in without a receipt. They gave me a full credit refund and helped me choose my glasses again! They even gave me 10% off (I believe they do this for every purchase). I am now very happy with my glasses. In house lens making means 1-2 hours for getting your glasses instead of 1-2 weeks. They also have a warranty and a one time free scratch fixing. Their optometrist and staff and wonderful. After going to all of the designer glasses stores around the area I found that Vision Express not only has the best prices, but the best selection and service in the entire Puget Sound. This is the place to get glasses.

Went here for a new pair of glasses. The entire staff was very friendly and extremely accommodating. The eye exam was a breeze and there was a nice selection of frames to choose from. Be sure to schedule any eye exams in advance as they might be busy, and for good reason. Highly recommended!

I love this place! Everyone is always so friendly and helpful! I went in and got an eye exam, picked my glasses out, and my glasses were finished in 30 min. Altogether I was in there maybe an hour. What an awesome experience!

Great experience as usually , dont go anywhere else . Great selection of frames and great people only thing I am not happy about is they our closed on Saturday now .
