Yesterday I broke my favorite lense frames of a life time. (Valentino had assisted in selecting them nearly two years ago). Here I am less than twenty-four hours after the break with a new pair of glasses styled like my old ones. Valentino special ordered them, and they arrived today. He put my old lenses in and I am ready to go for vacation. This is the typical (excellent) service I have received at Tim Brennan Optical over the years. Thank you so very much. Kristen

Made a special trip from Tacoma, was there at 9:30 when supposed to open. He did not arrive until 9:50, no apology for being late. When I showed him my issue (could he add nose pads to sunglasses) he said it would cost 50.00. I was surprised and said that obviously he didnt want to do it. He said that was what he charged. I get that small businesses can do what they want, but really! BTW, I found someone else to do and they didnt charge anything.

I have been a customer of Tim Brennan Optical for over 5 years. Their eye exams are excellent, and the quality of the product they provide is excellent. Prices are what you would expect if you were paying regular price, but when my insurance doesnt cover the whole amount, they at times will work with you to bring the price down and find rebates without even being asked. Their service has met or exceeded my expectations every visit.

I have gone in twice now. One time my frame was completely bent and one of the lenses had fallen out. I showed up while he was in the middle of lunch and he immediately put his sandwich down to get going on the repair. Within 5 minutes, he had the glasses looking like brand new, for only 10$. The 2nd time I went in, a lens had popped out and he had it fixed within literally one minute. Highly, highly, recommend.

How do you keep customers coming back? You do as Valentino and love the customer as you love yourself. He makes his customers friends by loving them with kind, direct and honest information. His desire to help exceeds your expectations and he is a great golfer too boot! My wife Florence and I will always have Valentino in our eyes!
