Outstanding! My wife and I were only in town for a day and a half before a cruise. The morning we flew in from Florida for a short stay in Seattle before our cruise she crushed her glasses and needed them replaced quickly. The staff was outstanding ! Very helpful on the phone and assured us they could assist right away and they did! A short cab ride from downtown to meet with all extremely helpful and pleasant people that helped to get her new glasses made up on the spot within two hours! Had lunch in the neighborhood while we waited (which was awesome too.)They even took the time to fix the crushed pair so she would have a spare set and did it for free! Service like this is hard to find. Really great people and fair prices. Great locally owned place to support with a really neat selection as well. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience. We greatly appreciate all you did for us and cant say enough about our experience. We are so thankful we found you!

I had an excellent, very low pressure experience here. I usually buy my glasses online, but made a point to buy my contacts through Eyes on Fremont after having such an excellent customer experience here. The staff is friendly and willing to work with whatever your situation is. I was even given some trial lenses to make sure that I could go scuba diving on my upcoming vacation when the lenses I ordered wouldnt arrive on time. Excellent customer experience and they are even willing to make new lenses for existing frames if you have a pair you are still in love with.

I brought in my new frame to put the lenses at the store and when I came in to pick them up, a lady broke my frame while she was adjusting them. They she asked me to take back to where I purchased and said that they should replace the frame. I just couldnt believe what she said to me. She never apologized and she didnt think that she had done anything wrong. I complained to the manager, and the guy was rude and nothing but supporting her. These people have no idea what theyre doing.

A so-so eye ware shop, with an extremely negative ad campaign. I would never buy glasses here. When Im looking for a product, I dont want be scolded or "brow beaten" or hear other companies trashed in print/public. Its sophomoric and unnecessary. It also contributes to the cacophony of dumb sound bites that we are subjected to every day. Go to Costco. Same quality but lower price, minus the Portlandia, Orwellian, doublespeak.

I had had great difficulty getting lenses that worked for me and had struggled with another eyeglass store in town for nine months. Dr. Christina Fast did a refraction that worked the first time. The staff are all very helpful and I had glasses that completely worked for me within a week. I plan to go back and get another pair of eyeglasses there. I highly recommend the place. Its awesome.

i love this place. great frame selection and fair prices. attentive and helpful service. id say some are better at adjusting your frames than others. theres one in particular whose name i forgot (how unfortunate) but i swear he has the magic touch when it comes to fitting your frames PERFECTLY on your face. bought two glasses in a year from here. will probably continue buying more next year.

All I did was order some contacts over the phone with them because my regular eye doctor (Eye Associates NW) in Ballard would not answer their phone or return my messages after days of trying to contact them. They were very friendly and gave me a coupon. They were more than happy to look up my insurance and let me know my benefits. I may switch eye doctors to see how it goes.

This place is great. They have some of the best frames in the city, their prices are reasonable, their staffs service is top notch and every optician here know what they are doing. Plus, they cut the lenses in-house so you can rest assured that the lab will get the order right. Highly recommended.

Ive never met a friendlier group of people and a more unique selection of frames. The prices are so affordable as well. Definitely check these guys out when looking for glasses. I felt like they had all the time in the world for me. Big thanks to Eyes on Fremont for loving what you do!

Overpriced. Questionable service. I returned to have frames adjusted and they wouldnt take the time to remove lenses to tweak the front frame. Today I discovered they lost my file so lens replacement was problematic. Great selection doesnt make up for being an average retailer.

My glasses fell apart an hour before an important meeting. I raced to Eyes on Fremont and asked them to help. In less than 20 minutes Drew managed to transfer my lenses to a new frame and send me on the way. Great service!
