I was able to make a change to my appointment time at the last minute. The place was very clean and comfortable. The front staff were extremely friendly and efficient. The doctor had us in and out within 18 minutes of walking in the door. He spoke to my daughter very respectfully (not an overly-verbal person, but still able to get the answers he needed from her). I havent really ever met a social opthamologist that just came out shaking hands, giving hugs, etc. so, in response to the comment below about the doctor being unfriendly, I can see how that may appear that way, but really, it isnt a personal thing. Its more of an attitude of lets get you finished for what you came here to do. I definitely recommend Aurora Vision Center and will continue to come here.

I completely agree with nerdybombkid that the staff is friendly but the the doctor sure isnt! he refused to give me my prescription even though i paid him!! who does that!?! he said that i didnt need glasses b/c my prescription wasnt "high" enough to him for me to wear glasses at all ...IDIOT... how would he know he doesnt have my eyes... its funny b/c my previous doctor told me otherwise. i dont recommend this place at all, in fact it was a waste of my money!

My experience was good. I thought the ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, and Dr. Min was very thorough. I didnt find anything condescending about the way he conducted himself. If youre looking for an eye doctor to hold your hand and kiss up to you, then hes not your doctor--Dr. Min is straight and to the point. I felt he did a good job with my eye exam and handled the problem I was having with dry eyes.

Me and my son had a wonderful experience at aurora vision center .. This was my sons first time getting his eyes check and the eye doctor and staff were extremely kind and caring and official with both our eye exams and Rita the receptionist went out of her way to help me pick out frames that would work best for me ... My daughter also is a client here and shes a teen and she said the doctor and staff are the BEST EVER!!

Dr Min and his staff were friendly and professional! Did it occur to anyone who is complaining that maybe you really dont need glasses and your previous doctors were just taking advantage of you? This happened to my sister, she has always been told she needed glasses but she would never wear them because they gave her head aches. She went to Dr. Min and he said otherwise and she has been happy since.

I was told that my eyes looked good and havent gotten any worse. He said he would give me the same prescription that I had already. I go get my new glasses and I cant see at all out of them. It turns out that he got the prescription wrong in both eyes! One is too much, the other is not enough. Now I have a $200 pair of glasses that I cant even wear. Ive never been to a more incompetent eye doctor.

I would probably have to say that hes one of the worst eye doctors ive had. Hes one of those doctors that became a doctor to make money rather than to help people. You can tell by the way he talks to you plus hes super rude. Honestly the staff doesnt make it worth coming here. There are better places with doctors that actually care about their patients. Overall horrible, dont go here.

The desk lady is very nice and welcoming but the doctor is a bit rude. When i told him about my vision problems he kind of just told me there is nothing wrong in a condescending tone and then ignored my actual issues. Maybe he had a bad day? Maybe not. This place is below average, i wouldnt come here again.

I was a little nervous seeing Dr. Min based on some of the reviews here, but decided to give him a try, and I have to say I found him to be courteous, professional and very easy to deal with. I would recommend him to anyone, and will be going back. I have every confidence in Dr. Min and his staff.

Even after moving to a different part of town we make the long drive to visit Dr. Min. Hes pleasant, reasonable, efficient, and down to earth. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Min is a great eye doctor. His staff is always friendly. They have a nice selection of glasses frames and their contact prices are quite low.
