DO NOT GO HERE... I had an appointment at 6pm, was 12 minutes late due to traffic. I am not a costco regular so I waited outside at the vision center at 6:07pm. I grabbed a number to wait to be called, got curious and asked a worker at the vision center if I had to wait if I had an appointment. She said no just go into the office area. I go in and the receptionist says I CANNOT BE SEEN and to RESCHEDULE because I arrived 2 minutes after the 10 minute grace period. I told her I was confused and had been waiting outside. She said YOU HAVE TO RESCHEDULE FOR BEING 2 MINUTES LATE YOU CANNOT BE SEEN. This was a waste of my time and a very unpleasant experience. I will not be going to costco for an eye exam EVER.
