Quite possibly the worst experience I have ever had with an optical appointment. Their online system apparently doesnt work because despite scheduling my appointment online and having a confirmation email of my appointment, they had no record of it. No big deal, they got me in to see a doctor right away. They boasted about their "contacts sale" that is supposed to be their most amazing biggest sale of the year. It came out to be more expensive than where I normally purchase my contacts but I ordered from them because they promised a $100 visa card rebate and a free pair of sunglasses. I dont know if I was working with a new person or what but it took THIRTY minutes on the phone to order my contacts. When I went to pick up my contacts a week later they told me the sunglasses had been picked up because the promotion was over. I said okay fine, I figured it was no big deal, its just a pair of sunglasses, I let it go and I left. When I went to file for my rebate I was informed the rebate offer expired 6 months ago and I would not be receiving a $100 visa card. I called JCPenney who told me they would find a valid one and call me back only to find out there is no valid rebate and Ive now been swindled out of $100 and a pair of sunglasses. I will never be back.
