If I could leave zero stars I would. Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I took my prescription in and ordered a new box of contacts for $75. A few days in I noticed my lenses were uncomfortable after a few hours and my vision was fuzzy. Ive worn the same lenses for 2.5 years and have never had a problem. So I decided to try another pair and hopefully it would be better. Unfortunately it wasnt so I called and asked if I could exchange them or just get a refund. They told me that since my prescription expired after I bought the lenses I would have to come in and pay$120 for an exam and then they might exchange them. I absolutely refuse to go in and have an exam done and pay for lenses when they refuse to stand behind their products that Ive already bought. Why? So they can give me another box of defective lenses? I had another pair of lenses from a previous doctor - tried them on and they were clear as day - put the lenses back in from Sears and they were fuzzy. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE - there is a reason why theyre going out of business.

Front service staff very nice, patient and helpful. The optometrist was thorough with my eye exam. I like that you can book your own appointment on-line and that they have an large assortment of glasses to pick from.

Lost my glasses, never called to say what happened, charged hundred$. Try to call them, you get stupid music in your ear and nothing more.

Service is snail slow. Young ladies that work there are unknowable and just ghetto. Every time I visit this Sears I regret it.
