I had two mountain bikes tuned up at this shop. The tuneups seem to be fine. I will update this review if I discover any problems with the tuneups. Selection of gear was very poor. I needed biking shoes and they did not have my size in any of the shoes that they carried. I needed a helmet but they only had a very limited supply and none of them fit me. Regardless of all that, I wouldve given them more stars have they honored their coupons. I had two coupons for $10 off of any full-price purchase. I purchased two full-price tuneups. They would not honor either coupon and that is the entire reason I drove all the way out to Camas to get my bike tuned up when I had a shop that was closer. *** update 11/1/16 *** Ed (owner) called me and discussed the issue. He asked me about my tuneup and offered to make things right. I appreciate his phone call and I think that working issues out with the customer is what its all about. So Im updating my star rating from 2 stars to 4. I still think their selection could be a bit better, but for me, its more about customer service and Ed has helped restore my faith in Camas Bike and Sport.

Camas Bike and Sport has done more for cycling in SW Washington than any shop in my memory. This shop supports families who ride, the local high school mountain biking team, the shop team, riding and trail advocacy, trail building and maintenance and local business development and enhancement, just to name some. Its more that just a bike shop; its truly a part of our local business, fitness and outdoor enjoyment culture. Not only are Ed and the guys friendly and knowledgeable, the selection of bikes and gear is great, ordering parts not in stock is expedient, prices are competitive and their mechanical work is excellent. If you bring in a bike that they feel needs extra work or parts to make it safe and reliable, they will give it to you straight so that they know you are able to go out and have the best biking experience possible. PDXers and SW WA residents are privileged to have this fine shop in our back yard. Check em out.

Lets start by saying Im not a bicycle guy! I wanted to buy a higher quality bike for my 11 year old daughter who loves riding. Around Christmas time I went in and Ed the owner and I guessed on the proper size and we guessed way to small. This Sunday was the first day her and I had time to bring the bike back and see if we could make some adjustments. I walked into the service area and the technician in the area looked at her and looked at the bike and said we need to get her intro a bigger bike! He didnt pass me off to someone else he walked me down to the show room asked her the right questions and had her ride a few bikes. When we found the perfect bike he could tell she wasnt in love with the color and said I have a matte orange one you might like upstairs let me go get it, and it was perfect! This was one of the best buying experiences I have had in recent memory. Thanks for making it fun guys!

Finally an awesome bike shop in SW Washington. Ed and his team at Camas Bike have, in a few short years, created a customer friendly shop and race team that is welcoming to everyone. His bike selection is large and has everything from kid bikes to the highest end Mt and Road rides. The workshop is great too, and they can perform some of the more complicated shock services in house. The shop is a great asset to the local community as well. They sponsor the local high school race team and provide support to many of the organized rides in SW Washington and Oregon. The other day the owner, Ed, was riding home from the shop and passed by my house. I mentioned I was having some difficulty with a stem installation and he borrowed my hex wrench and fixed me up on the spot. You cant beat that kind of service!

While doing an 85 mile bike ride my rear tire blew out the side wall making it unrepairable. The closest shop was Camas Bike and Sport. It was almost their closing time so I gave them a call and asked if they could stay open long enough for my buddy to ride to them and get a new tire and tube. Not only did they stay open for us, they gave us an unbeatable deal on both the tire and tube. Those guys went way out of the way to help and get us going again. They offered the type of customer service you rarely see these days. Thank you so much.

After 2 years of riding my bike started having problems with gear shifting. Watching YouTube videos and trying to solve the problem did not help much. In the end I had spent a couple of hours getting dirty and frustrated when I finally decided to take the bike in. They had it fixed in no time and it only cost me $26. It runs like new now. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone that needs a bike fixed - they know what they are doing and not ripping you off.

Its a small bike shop run by Camas locals. So their selection of parts is inevitably limited, accompanied with significant price markups. HOWEVER, these are the only two cons of this store: there is usually always an experienced technician during store hours to give free advice (ask for "Bill". Hes very smart). Theyre honest people who will try to sell you the most affordable solutions because they know that the bicycle industry is overpriced and expensive.

This bike shop is friendly and has a great selection of items and bikes to make your ride the best it can be! While the price might be slightly higher than online, the quality and the care put in from the amazing staff makes it al worth supporting this local bike shop. I dont plan on using anyone else because no one else can compare! Highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a high quality bike.

Needed a couple of things done to my cheap bike to get my by/back on the road. There are more than a few things they probably could have tried to sell me, but did what I needed to get done to get me by and I appreciated that. Clear parts and labor pricing on the site was appreciated. Also totally made it fun for my three year old to watch the repair. Will definitely go there in the future.

The team at Camas Bike and Sport were terrific. Very helpful and knowledgeable, they were able to set my wife and I up with just the type of bikes we were looking for and at a great price. They went out of their way to make sure they were built and ready to go as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend them, and am happy to support such an outstanding local business!

This local shop is a great asset to its community and any who cycle! The entire staff are friendly and helpful. The one thing I truly appreciate about this bike shops approach to cycling is there involvement to all ages and styles of riding. They are ready to help you be on a bike that fits you right and help your cycling abilities along the way.
