Im not a rider, but dropped in to pick up a couple things for my husband as gifts. Normally when I walk into a bike shop I am talked down to or ignored. Not here. Ryan acknowledged me right away, answered my questions politely and helped me find the items I needed. The store was very busy and all around I saw each staff member working with other customers. Every time someone new came in they were also acknowledged and told someone would be with them in just a moment. It seemed everybody was important to the staff, even if they were just buying socks. They will continue to receive my business.

This is everything a neighborhood bike shop should be. Im a very heavy rider, and put tremendous strain on my bike. These guys have been keeping my bikes going for well over 7 years now. They appear to only carry good quality items in stock, and their prices appear to be reasonable. For a slightly larger selection - there is always their "sister store" in Everett, and they can have something sent over from the larger store the next day (sometimes the very same day)... I just had a wheel set hand-made by Andy (one of the technicians) and am very pleased with the results...

These guys are excellent and Ive consistently had a good experience with them over the last year or so, whether buying parts or having service done on my bike. The staff is courteous, helpful, and not in "up-sell" mode, which is greatly appreciated. In fact, they were quite cost-sensitive with some recent repair work I had done, and even comped some of the labor after finding further problems (which were 100% legit). The anonymous one-star reviews for this shop date back to the previous management and employees -- I think theyve clearly turned the corner. Highly recommended!

Ive used this bike shop a few different times over the last 15 years and theyve been okay but they didnt do a very good job the last time I took my bike in for a tune up/brake bleed/check out after getting back into riding from a couple year layoff. I got new brake pads, cables and bled the fronts and backs but the back brakes feel extremely underpowered and dangerous. They missed either a bent derailer hanger or some worn cassette teeth (Im not sure which) but Its constantly skipping gears on me. Im probably going to bring it somewhere else next time.

I was there today around 6:30pm searching and asking questions and was surprised the way I was treated. The customer service was very POOR!!! No one acknowledge me when I walked in and when I asked question they made me feel illiterate and I totally lost my interest of what I was doing. The funny thing is I bought my Stumpjumper a couple of years ago from this store and thought the service was below average. I was surprised that their service have not change and Im not sure how they can keep business running...

My local shop. These guys are great. I bought a new mountain bike for myself and a great starter bike for my daughter. They did a great job of tuning both bikes to fit us. Not only that, but they helped me restore a 20-year old mountain bike (my college ride!) that is now running better than it has in years. So, having pretty much run the gamut of customer service experiences here, I can highly recommend this shop. Great for all levels and types of biking enthusiasts.

Purchased a new Giant hybrid bike after my money pit of a mountain bike gave out due to neglect of maintenence. Really friendly staff and understand your needs of a bike and will treat customers who purchase bikes from this business like kings, love the 6 month free maintenance they offer on bike purchases. I spent 460 dollars of my hard earned minimum wage monies and have received nothing but absolute best service.

This is a great place to find, outfit and buy just the right bike for you. They helped me select just the right mountain bike for the type of riding I do, custom fit the bike to my riding style and helped me outfit my bike with the proper accessories. The end result is that I have a bike that I love to ride! Ryan and his staff are professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them.

Had my Kids in the car and JB was kind enough to come out to the car to grab our flat stroller tire to fix it. Took less than ten mins for him to fix it while we waited in the car, and this very thankful Dad was extremely pleased with his professionalism and service. Would highly recommend this shop for any bicycle needs!!!!

They are a little unfriendly. Got some service done there and they did not do a good job. They are over priced as well. I only went there because they were the nearest shop to my house but I would rather drive little further to another shop next time.
