I cant say enough nice things about this place. Even though I bought both of my bikes privately from on Craiglist I have always been treated as if I bought them at their store. They did great bike fits which stopped a knee issue and a shoulder issue... There have been other times where I have brought one of my bikes in and they were nice enough to do a quick fix without the attitude that other places have. In fact, I would say the Guys there are incredibly humble and gracious. Professional top to bottom.

Very good service. I had a badly deformed front wheel. Tried 3 other shops in the area and they did not event wanted to try truing it. All of them offered me a replacement at $100 and above instead. I asked the mechanic at this shop to try his best and an hour later he called me back to tell me he fixed it. I was pleasantly surprised with the job done and the price- just $15. Thanks!

Bicycle Centers has hands down the best crew. Dan has been helpful and very knowledgeable in how to choose my next bike. I just purchased a new Fuel EX 5 for $50 less than any other bike shop around. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a new bike and to everyone who needs service done. My old bike always came back working perfectly and extremely clean.

This place was horrible. All I needed was a spoke. After scanning my drivers license and taking all my information I was told they would have to search the shop for the right size and they would get back to me. There where 5 people working and I was the only one in the store? Very poor customer service. I will not be back.

Dont look like youre buying a new bike? Forget about getting any decent customer service. Came in for tubes, tools, and new wheels, and got dropped for a phone call while there were plenty of others to answer. I guess techs there are allergic to their phones. Stay away from this dime a dozen bike shop.

5200 miles into my tour I busted my rear bike rim going over Stevens pass and barely made it to Everett. The bike mechs at the Bicycle Centres shop saved me with a replacement wheel and fast service on a Friday. A half hour later I was heading back to the Cascades and Rainy Pass.5200 miles

Great service, extremely knowledgeable, fast and efficient technicians, great supply of products. The only thing keeping this from a 5 are the prices which are a little high for some items. But if you want it done right, come here.

Came in with creaky crank, mechanic said it was my rear hub. New hub and lubed up the crank but still not fixed. Everyone is nice but im still looking for a new bike mechanic.
