Every one of these reviews is 5 stars except for one guy who complained about rude service. Having dealt with rude service at other bike shops in the Seattle area, I cant help but think he must have been talking about another shop. Bucks demeanor is thoughtful, courteous, and respectful. He is just a genuinely nice guy. I have been to many shops around Seattle. Whenever I need a repair, or a wheel build, I know I am going to get a solid price and the highest quality work. Whether I am on an epic road ride, sending a massive gap or smashing through a technical rock section, I know I can trust the equipment and service Ive received at Wrench BW.

I went to Wrench because I was having trouble getting my tube on my bike tire. Im new to trying to fix my own flats and was nervous about getting instruction. Both of the mechanics working at Wrench today were absolutely wonderful, kind, and professional. I didnt even buy the tube there, I just waltzed in with a problem and they started to help right away. They gave me a lot of good tips on every step of the process and now I feel like I can change my own flat. Thats huge!! I ended up buying an additional tube and I recommend anyone in my predicament or anyone in need of bike care in general try this spot!

I have been an avid road bicyclist for over a decade, putting thousands upon thousands of miles on many different bicycles, all over the Pacific NW. Needless to say, Ive visited a lot of bike shops in that time. Bucks level of service and support is the best I have ever experienced, in Seattle or elsewhere. I highly recommend him for any services you may need. Ive been using his shop exclusively for the last few years, and I have nothing but praise for the way he conducts his business.

The guys at Wrench are super helpful. I went in with a few questions about my MTB rear suspension. They took the time to help explain the finer details. I was so happy with the experience that I purchased some maintenance items from them that I was planning to get later.

Bucks knowledge, expertise and customer service are the best! I only bring my bicycles to him to work on. If you want your bike fixed or tuned right the first time, bring it to Buck. Hes also just a really nice guy. Parking sucks though, since its Seattle!

The mechanic has a lot of business, so it might be helpful to call ahead of time to see if he has an open time for your problem. With that said, the mechanic is still of all levels of bikes and seems to know how stuff.

Buck is a great mechanic and knows bikes so well! He understands all the finer points, and only fixes what needs fixing. He is fair, honest and always done when he says he will be. Plus he has reasonable prices.

So these guys are amazing! took my bike there for service, they are fast and do quality work. The price is very fair as well. Kudos to them! you cant go wrong if you take your bike there.
