Ordered a bike, paid in full--they said it would be in Tue or Wed. Called Thur..not in. They wont call freight company to track it. Basically they said, when it comes in, it comes in. Very poor customer service. Most companies will call and track shipments, they wont. If they show effort to fix their poor service and attitude, I will happily revise the review. If you are reading this with 2 stars, they havent changed. Further issues---they called and said that it shipped (a 2nd time)..when pressed for information on the carrier, etc a few days later they admitted that it had not even been ordered. Offered to refund my money (duh) or order the bike and give us a bike computer. We took the offer of a refund (since they hadnt ordered the bike) and went to Trek and bought a Verve to go along with my Trek Crossrip I had bought the previous week. Very happy with our Treks. Cycle Therapy has lost me and my other family members that I previously recommended to them.

I just want to put in a good word for the owner and his staff at the Kent shop. They sold me a mountain bike a couple of years ago, it has worked great and I’ve really appreciated the "free for life" tune ups. They also recently helped me with an elliptical trainer repair when some other bike shops turned me away. They are always welcoming, respectful and do high-quality work. Don’t hesitate to do business with this shop; you’ll be in good hands.

Im confused by the other reviews, when they say very helpful staff. I went in there today and asked about getting sized so I can buy some cycling shoes from them. They told me to go to rei, then I asked about another product they told me to go somewhere else its almost as if they dont want my business. They are very disrespectful, Id rather go online and try my luck that way at a fraction of the price.

Ric and his staff are excellent and very knowledgeable. Service times are a always a quick turnaround either the next day or not too much longer depending on the issue. A friend recommended I check them out and I"ve been very happy ever since. Ill keep going back to these guys for a long time as long as they keep my bike in good shape!

Best bike shop around! Ive bought quite a few bikes here. Ive bought bikes for my daughters here, a couple commuter bikes, a couple mountain bikes, a road bike and tons of parts and accessories. The owner, Ric, is a master mechanic. Whether its a kids bike or a super high end road bike, this is the only shop I go to. Highly recommend.

Cycle Therapy is the best! Friendly, professional, and super helpful. My front shifter cable snapped on my morning commute and Ric happily fit me into his busy schedule to fix it. Along with a much needed tuning my bike was ready to go for my evening commute home. I highly recommend Cycle Therapy!

Im new to the area and went to Cycle Therapy to pick up some chain lube. Ric was super nice and gave me a free bottle, despite me wanting to pay him. He gave me some some suggestions on where to ride in the area. Ill definitely be going back to his shop in the future!

This is a great bike shop. I started frequenting this shop earlier this year and they always take care of me and their service fees are reasonable. You will be in good hands with Rick the store owner; he is knowledgeable, and a down to earth guy.

This place is great. I purchased new kevlar tires for my road bike and shortly after had a flat. They replaced tire and tube for free, under warranty with no hassle. I highly recommend this place to any cyclist.

Friendly service, great prices on bikes and services, plus free tune ups for life on new bikes purchased from them. Now even carries Snowboards and Skis to keep us out on the mountains in the winter months!
