Sales were great very professional . Always listen to your intuition, I bought 2 beds on Saturday not even an hour later i was having buyers remorse something did not sit right but ended up going with them.Dont buy the hype about the red carpet delivery, first they drop off 1 complete bed and a box spring and told me thats what I ordered read my receipt and when I grabbed my reciept to point out i really did buy 2 complete beds and try and call the associate who helped me to try and get this straightened out one of the men threatened to remove the bed that is set up and bring it back with the other bed when they deliver it. Now rember I have already paid for everything! About an hour after they leave my son comes to me to tell me his Iwatch was gone .and when he was asked why did he not watch them he simply said why would I watch a professional and he is right I am so disgusted this has happened to him for something that will not work with out his phone! After making a police report he has now taken over my room since he is with out a bed and I am on the couch thanks so much mattress firm. Update I was contacted the following day and was told that they are doing everything to rectify the situation thank you David.

My wife and I had an extremely positive experience at this location. Sarah, the assistant manager, helped us select a mattress that fit within our budget and comfort preferences. Sarah was very friendly and informative, and did not pressure or up-sell us at any point in the process. There was complete transparency with the pricing, with no hidden fees or surprises at the point of sale. I would definitely reccommend this location to anyone in the market for a new bed or mattress.

We came in shortly before closing looking at new mattresses, and the saleswoman thoroughly took her time to listen to our needs and was able to find the perfect match for us! The experience was a no pressure, no hassle shopping experience. The only issue that we experienced was that the price of the pillow we purchased we were able to find cheaper online, which was able to rectified with a phone call to the store a day later.
