The customer service is great. I was helped by a woman working there. She was very funny, friendly, and did a great job helping me to find a mattress I liked. Near the end I also talked to Bob, and he is also very friendly and knowledgeable. I overheard him talking to some other customers, and he knows his stuff inside and out. At the time I went there, I actually didnt have a bed and was sleeping on the floor of my apartment. The mattress I bought from them was on back order, so they actually offered to loan me (at no charge) a small mattress to take home to sleep on until my real mattress arrived. They just offered - I didnt even ask. Seriously! Ive never heard of such a kind business! Very customer-oriented. I was amazed. Overall it was a great experience. Highly recommended.

We wanted to buy a split king adjustable bed for our new home and tried several shops and booths at the various home shows and fairs while doing our research. Friends told us about their experience with Six Day Mattress, so we checked it out. We purchased the Posh & Lavish latex mattresses after visiting the showroom several times. We chose the Serta adjustable bases with the Sleep GPS technology because we love gadgets. It’s like sleeping on a cloud. We could have purchased our beds elsewhere, but we found Josh to be extremely helpful and friendly without being overbearing. He remembered us each time we contacted him, which made the whole experience feel personal to us, and it felt terrific to purchase from a small business.

I came to Bob about six months ago, looking for a mattress. I found one, wrote down the name and price and then left to await my next paycheck. A trip to the ER however, put that on hold. When i finally made it back, he no longer had that mattress, but he worked with his dealer and managed to get me one anyway for the original price no less. Bob really works to help you and get you the best possible deal. I already have recommended my friend and will continue to recommend Six Day Discount to anyone looking for a mattress. Thank you Bob!

Good selection of various ranges in pricing . I was looking for comfort and longevity and found a 20 year guarantee Queen size mattress, Two stores with selections to choose from.Issaquah and Redmond. I compared my choices and found this store to have great selection, better pricing. I would recommend this store to all my friends and family..

We shopped all over and went back and bought from Bob. This store is no frills and all mattresses and great prices. I used to wake up in the morning stiff and sore. After the memory foam mattress we bought from Bob, we sleep better and can actually walk when we get up in the morning. I have already sent coworkers and friends to see Bob.

the guy is really cool...an older bald guy that really has the best prices on the east side....he is honest and direct...i like that....the bed was perfect..he knows his stuff...i will go back and buy the rest of the stuff there on payday..ie the frame and pad and whatever else i need...thanks

Bought a mattress 2 years ago at a great price, and liked the product and price so much that I went back today to buy 3 more. The only reasons to buy elsewhere are (2) this place is too far for you to visit, or (2) you prefer to spend much more to get the same mattress under a brand name.
