We purchased a leather couch, love seat and matching leather ottoman from Leathers five years ago and have had nothing but problems with the furniture. Fortunately, for the first several issues (i.e. flaw in the leather, sagging cushions that wouldn’t stay upright) that came up we bought the leather protection warranty and were able to get them resolved (which was NOT an easy process). Once the warranty was up, the stitching on the side of the couch started coming un-done and when we contacted Leathers about this they were no help in providing a solution since the warranty was up. In the last year or so all the paint on the leather has started peeling on the sofa and love seat and it looks awful. For what we spent on this furniture we have been SO dissatisfied with the quality and expected much more, not to mention expected the furniture’s life span to last longer than 4 years. I’ve had a couch from Costco that has held up significantly better than our stuff from Leathers.

My husband and I just moved here to Issaquah and left all of our furniture behind in the move. (Looking to start over.) So, looking for a new living room set, coffee table, and dining set, we decided to check out Leathers. The (who I assumed to be the owner) was frankly kind of a smart-ass and made a snide, but blunt comment when we told him we preferred cloth versus leather. We immediately walked out and will never return. We found all our furniture for a better price elsewhere, with the addition to the staff having a better attitude as well.

Stopped in after last purchase 14 years ago. Found some chairs we liked but getting them to our new home is close to impossible. Customer service is non existent. Looks like the owner Mitch and his employees dont consider the needs of their customers. They were not able to return phone calls or set up time for pick up.Mitch didnt seem to care. Good thing I know a good amount of people in Sammamish and Issaquah. They will all be asking about the move.

Leathers has first rate furniture made to order. The entire process from showroom, thought to delivery was simple and efficient. The family owned local business is a great feature in our community where cheap furniture is easy to find. Leathers sells quality and craftsmanship. We will be back for our next furniture needs in the very near future!

The best furniture store I have found in Seattle. I am very picky about furniture and Mitch ,Cynthia and the helpful staff always have great ideas and really great stuff and can custom order virtually anything if they dont have it in stock. Leathers makes me wish I had a bigger house.
