We spent 3000 on our new babys bedroom. We paid for delivery and set up. It took 3 weeks before we heard anything back. Then finally we called the store and they said oops there is an error , unfortunately the delivery hasnt responded to us. - calling babys r us Fairfield ca was a disaster, someone put us on hold for 35 min, we called back then someone answered and then hung up, then we called back and the girl wanted to put us on hold again. The delivery crew finally called us and scheduled a time 3 weeks down the road. Being pregnant wanting to set up the babys room, its taking over a month and a half to even get the furniture. Its a horrible unorganized company.

They always keep the store clwan. They have very attentive staff and answer all your questions. They even let you take down and convert strollers and car seats to learn about them. Unfortunately they can be expensive but they do price match.

Great place for everything baby. Little more expensive for the furniture but quality products. Everything else is priced well. Friendly, helpful staff, clean and organized store.

Everyone was very helpful to me. Made sure I found everything I needed. PS - Babies R Us is not closed...it used to be a Toys R Us which closed and Babies R Us replaced it.
