The customer service is excellent and prices reasonable. But, check very carefully for bugs! I had a mattress delivered to a new apartment building and bought completely new linens. I started developing red marks on my skin which I attributed to an allergic reaction. Nope! Bed bugs. When I finally had proof, I got slapped with a $500 delousing fee and $500 fee to replace the mattress. To their credit, they offered to pay half. Still, I was charged $500 for a problem I most likely didnt create. The lease agreement puts the onus on you to inspect everything for bugs; once they deliver, its your problem. Update: They called me and agreed to pay the charges in full, which is nice. I wish I didnt have to go through the whole experience, but in the end customer service won out.

I needed furniture for a new apartment on short notice and CORT made it a easy. I had a great experience selecting and renting furniture on their website and the furniture was delivered in a few days. Scheduling pickup was just as easy. Everyone I talked to at CORT was friendly and helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make renting with them a great experience.

If youre renting be careful. Ive signed a student contract with them and when i finished school 6 months earlier they asked me to pay for the rest period. I payed for 6 months while they had the furniture. Unfair. اللي بيستاجر اثاث ينتبه لايوقع عقد طويل معهم
