Very unprofessional I had some warranty work done on a defective couch I bought from them fine no problem, came and picked up worked on and got dropped off but today I call because of a problem with the other couch as well the one thats been worked on and the guy name Quan I think who run it got at me like I was a piece of sh- t . He told me that why didnt I tell him when the guys picked up the other one before its obvious that its a new problem so he goes on to get street voice with me like Im scared of him . But to make a long story short I paid $200 down on January 2016 and got to make 18 months of payment at $186 a month on a $1600 couch set . You damn right I want my items working right .. please dont shop there . Let me do the math $3548 will be what I paid

Horrible customer service. I ordered an item and the salesperson would promise to contact me, yet I never received a single call. I went in several times to check on the status of my order, and was basically brushed off. When I finally got tired of waiting, the salesperson sent me away to find a receipt; this was after admitting that he didnt actually *need* the receipt to process the refund, but since I had said I might have it at home somewhere, he refused to process the refund until I came back another day with the receipt. Worst customer service ever. Avoid at all costs.

I have to agree with Dan and Tony, customer service is SERIOUSLY lacking. Dont normally comment but please be forewarned if you dont mind having to contiuously call regarding an order, having delivery delays with no notification, and where the sales staff would rather watch TV than run a business then this is your place. The furniture in the showroom is ok, the majority of it is in a catalog. My advice is dont waste your time here you will only end up upset and disappionted.

Cheap, but not the best around. Had to bring in the ad of their competitor to get a price match. Salesman named Qua is a nice guy, but when it comes to customer service, the "taking care of the customer" aspect was sub par. Spent well over 3k at the store, only to be kept waiting over a month to get everything weve purchased. Shop elsewhere if you can.

Fabulous furniture and service was outstanding! Quan the salesman was very helpful.. we bought a set of leather sofa, loveseat, ottoman and dinette table.. exactly what we were looking for! Going back for entertainment center and another set of sofa for putt media room!

Loved the store! Tons of selections! I recently ordered a bed set and I love it! It came in less than a week, the delivered for an extra $50 and put it together for me. I for sure will be coming back.
