Horrible Quality! Dont waste your money, their products fall apart right away and their customer service could care less. I purchased two of their reclining/rocking love seats from Costco and within a short amount of time pieces were falling off of them. I contacted their customer service in hopes of getting replacement parts so that I could correct the issue but their "engineer" claims the parts dont exist and was told to try to make some plastic pieces they sent me work. The only saving grace is these were purchased from Costco so at least I know they will stand behind their values and give me a refund.
