Having read a number of positive views, I headed up to Kraft to check out the store to buy a mattress. I cannot speak highly enough of Armando and the help he provided in helping me choose a mattress. First of all, Armando is a gentleman, who puts customer service above all else. He let me wander the store and was there to answer my questions when I had one. When he delivered the mattress, he gave me a specific time (not a window of say 4 hours) so I knew exactly when he was arriving. Just prior to arriving he even called me to make sure all was ok for him to proceed with the delivery. This is the type of service you do not often find in todays world. I cannot recommend Armando highly enough to any prospective buyer. He is a super nice guy, and you will not be disappointed.

A family-owned business that understands service. Armandos father opened the store in 1963. Armando is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He invited us to lie down on many different mattresses, and knew what we should try next based on our comments. Store is smallish but tightly packed. Selection is pretty good, covering the price range from lower-mid to upper-middle. No high or ultra-high end models here, so if you want to spend five thousand or more for a kingsized bed, youll have to go somewhere else. We decided on the Simmons Beautyrest Recharge World Class Grays Peak Luxury Firm Pillow Top (mattress makers must think that the longer the name, the more they can charge?) Overall, one of the best shopping experiences weve ever had.

Ive driven by this store many times, always thinking it would be a cheap little place with low quality mattresses. When I finally decided I needed a new mattress, I came here. The experience was great. The man was very kind and was willing to offer me a price break. He told some jokes and gave me many options to choose from. I bought it 15 minutes before closing on Sunday and Monday morning he arrived right on time. definitely would recommend this place.

As a foreigner, I have a limited language ability to express how this store is good and how Armando is excellent! He told me he has been running this business for more than 30years, wow, I dont doubt it at all. Because he exactly know which one I need. And I definitely love the mattress that I just bought from him yesterday!

It is an independent store and owner is a very courteous man. He was very helpful in deciding what kind of mattress we should buy. I like extra firm mattress and the mattress that got delivered was softer than my liking. When I informed him, he was prompt in replacing it. Would certainly recommend doing business with him.

Big thumbs up. Hes delivering the mattress and box spring right now and at no charge. He showed up 13 minutes early. The store is chock full of mattresses and may look a little beat up from out front but has good inventory and the service is great. Will definitely get my next mattress here.

The owner is very informed about mattress after being in business for nearly 40 years. He guides you through some questions amd series of beds to help you identify the perfect fit. His prices are great even compared to online and he offers quick delivery (I received mine same day!).

This Company is Amazing! I called them at 4:30pm in need of a Box Spring. They not only had one avail, But offered to Delv within 30 mins and set my Matress on it for me as well. I would highly rec this company. Very good service. :)

No in-your-face salesmen here. Super relaxed atmosphere made the experience painless. Definitely recommend over chain stores with aggressive salespeople, constant badgering, and everyday "sale" prices.

He offer service thats long forgotten.. Came in and within an hour my furniture was delivered. I cancelled my order at Costco the next day , which was order two weeks ago and still no result .
