The staff in the kitchen/housewares is great. The furniture section upstairs is a different story. I ordered a piece on Sunday, and it was delivered on Wednesday (with $89 shipping). The piece was missing a shelf. I went back to the store on Thursday and explained the situation. The clerk (or possibly, manager) took my information from my receipt, and told me that she would order the missing piece for immediate delivery. She also said she would call and/or email me with a tracking number. Two days later, I still do not have the tracking number. No one called or emailed. I contacted corporate, and they are "looking into it." Perhaps Ill get the missing item at some point, but I will certainly not be ordering anything from this store again. UPDATE: After multiple calls, and another visit to the store to speak to the general manager, C&B filled my order. The missing shelf was delivered the next morning in good condition. Shipping for the order was refunded and the manager was very apologetic for the dropped ball. I am leaving the service ratings the same because it took a long runaround, but its worth mentioning that the manager followed through on her promise and got me my item, waving the shipping fee.

Staff and furniture are nice, but delivery process has been ridiculously bad. The first delivery of a patio table arrived with legs noticeably bent out of shape. I had to call customer support to schedule a replacement of the table, but the table was out of stock, so it took another month and a half to schedule a new delivery. The day before the new delivery, they call and say the table is out of stock again, which makes no sense because I should have had one reserved for delivery. Now I have to wait another month for a delivery attempt, and who knows if the table will be out of stock again. This process is being handled very poorly by this Crate and Barrel store, and I still have to pay $99 for it. Terrible service.
