I purchased a chandelier from the store and having difficulty to find a reasonable electrician to install on our high ceiling. I called the store to ask for referral. The guy was not helpful at all and very rude. Told me to use yelp to find myself. So dont buy chandelier from EA if you have high ceiling.

I had purchased a white chair and had a custom slipcover made. The chair itself was beautiful, however, it wasnt until a year later that I had discovered that the original cushions did not match the chair. I did make a cursory check to see if it was the chair I had purchased. Very poor work ethics.
