The customer service here is far better than their sister store on DeAnza. We spoke to 3-4 different employees here, all were cheerful, upbeat and helped us with our queries much more than we asked for despite the fact that it was store closing time. They didnt rush us, took their time and even took us to other part of store to show us matching pieces of a collection. On the other hand we when we were in DeAnza store on a weekend, the lady there started to rush us out before the closing time. Though we were not planning to linger beyond closing time in either store, but you cant help but notice the difference and feel like giving business to this store over their sister one.

Scandinavian Designs is a great place to find low mid range priced modern furniture. I had been looking for somewhere local that offered something nicer and more stylish than Ikea but not really ready for super high end furniture. Scandinavian Designs fits this range perfectly. The store is fairly large and they had a good representation of their products on display. Sales staff is really great. Very knowledgeable, very friendly not pushy at all. If they dont have what you are looking for they wont try to keep you in the store at all costs or recommend the wrong products. Definitely will come back again for future furniture needs.

Good stuff here. Much more usable stuff than many other stores. In particular, their office stuff is great. They have several adjustable height desks, chairs with great support, and prices that are not outrageous. They also have sofas and other items. They also have nice handouts for various items and sizes that are not on the floor, but are from the same vendor. The service was friendly and good.

When we moved to Silicone Valley, we visited and purchased furniture. While drawn into the store because of their sale, we pleasantly discovered the the furniture was of good quality and reasonably priced. Our sales person Kevin was and is very professional, not only during the initial purchase, but also providing after-sale service. We would definitely buy from them again.

Basically, its a store for people who like the modern aesthetic of Ikea but want something that isnt made to fall apart within 5 years. Very high quality, very sleek furniture and a number of iconic designs like the Eames lounger. Pricey, but not as much as you might expect.

Good customer service. The shopping experience is a little odd since there are two physical locations within a few miles. Items can be tricky to track down if theyre not on the shelves or on display.

We visited this store yesterday. The furniture is just so so. They are displayed randomly, sofas and chairs dont match each other. And we didnt get any help from the store staff.
