Came in to get the plastic frame for a nano sim card. Its literally something they can get from digging through the trash. They tried to sell me a new sim card for $50 even though sim cards are $20. I told them I dont need a new sim card I just need the plastic frame so my nano sim wil l fit a S5. They refused. So I went across the street to the store in the mall and they did it with no questions asked. Avoid this store like the plague.

I got my new I phone and was told about the tablet free offer and person helping me with my phone was having problems. I was heading out of town so somewhat in a hurry. Forgot to get the tablet so when got back from my vacation asked to still get the offer for the free tablet and they said no. And the offer was expired. Thanks t mobile for the 800 dollar phone and no tablet. Customer for 15+yrs

They never send text receipts like they say they will...staff seem very nonchalant and not wanting to answer questions...Im always told to call customer care. I used to be a sprint customer and they would call customer care for u if there was something they couldnt answer / take care of... Theres only one helpful guy in there and I think his names OSCAR , good guy ☆

Been with this company 17 years and had the worst experience at this location. I called customer service to get a free sim card and the manager still declined even after being prompted by them to do so. Very nasty manager with huge nose ring and pink hair. She really needs to choose another line of work other than customer service.

Really poor customer service here, specifically from the manager. The current manager was unprofessional and rude. On top of that was misleading with the information she provided. Wont be returning. Ive been with T-Mobile 11 years. This was a horrible experience.

I always have a great experience going to this location and staff are very helpful and break everything down when explaining your plan and coverage. I switched from boost mobile to T-mobile a year ago so Im a happy customer.

All personal are paid 10$)hr + Commission. They dont know what poor quality of products they sell. Bought a charger for me phone and the Verizon store was 20$ cheaper for identical product.

They are really persistent, trying to up-sell you with all bells and whistles, for which they are getting commissions, and you are getting big bills. They are liers.
