When I first visited this store, Dom (Dominique Carter) was quick to greet me, assessed my needs and provided me with very excellent service and further impressed me with his knowledge of the product I purchased. I was very pleased with not only his product knowledge, but with his outstanding customer service demeanor and cordiality. Regarding a subsequent visit, I was again greeted promptly, by Drew (Andrew Scanapico), and was equally impressed with his product knowledge, his demonstration of it and its perceived benefit to me. I was, also, highly impressed with his customer service demeanor and cordiality. I am very pleased with the service I have received at this location and very highly commend these two staff members for their outstanding customer service and product knowledge and, with confidence of others receiving the same kind of service I did, I highly recommend this store for Verizon products and services. I’m glad there is such a store in Orting.

Dominique was so awesome & helpful in the purchase of my new Samsung S7 Edge. He went above expectation of customer service. I am an old grandma with limited knowledge technically and he set up my new phone with my contacts, pictures, apps, and linked my Bluetooth to the portable speaker I also purchase, but my greatest appreciation was for the screen saver he applied on my phone. My hands are way to shaky for such a job, so he got it for me. I really love the Orting, Wa. store for their home town courtesy and patience with this senior aged person. I am grateful that Verizon put a store in our town. Thank you Dominique for getting me out the door feeling GREAT about my purchase. I also want to thank Cardarian, Chris, Marissa & Drew for being a professional & welcoming team. You guys are all great!

NAYT IS AWESOME! My phone unexpectedly went completely dead, unable to even take a charge. I went in to the store feeling very irritated w having an issue with this model phone for a second time. Nayt listened to my concerns and went above a beyond to trouble shoot my phone in the end my phone was unable to be revived. It was at that point Nayt continued to to give me options as far as service and phones while multitasking and making sure other customers were cared for...honestly my husband and I were considering to exploring other providers, but decided to stay w Verizon due to Nayts attentiveness and great customer service.

After holding on to my beloved flip phone for many years, I broke down and bought my first smart phone at the Orting Verizon store a few weeks ago. It has been quite a learning curve, but everyone in the store has been extremely helpful and patient with me despite numerous sessions on the telephone and in person. Yesterday Carderian did an outstanding job fielding my many questions while I was in the store. He was knowledgeable, proactive and endlessly patient with me for the entire 1.5 hours! Thank you for the incredible customer service! I think Im slowly getting the hang of it :)

Dom is an amazing sales rep. He was incredibly helpful at the time of sale, and with follow up which is something I would never had expected from a phone sales rep. I am in sales myself and I have a special appreciation for someone who is great at it. My initial visit he stayed late while we completed the transaction and it was by my favorite experience in a phone store. He also called me when a new program was announced that would help my wife upgrade as well, and followed up again to let me know the program was ending. If you are looking for a phone at all just go and ask for Dom.

Came in to upgrade 2 of my phones got a tablet and it was only $10 more a month on my plan. The staff is really nice and fun they even offered us their Pizza that they got for lunch. It was delicious. Just go see Drew, Dom, Carderian or Josh they are all great and they help you out with anything you need! #1Verizon store around! I have been to many Verizon stores and by far this store takes the cake when it comes to customer service!

Merissa, Red & Dom were awesome support when my family of three upgraded our phones at the Orting Verizon store. Not only did Merissa provide us with the best plans to fit our needs, they each patiently helped in the transfer of our phone apps, contacts & pictures. The team also took the time to suggest new apps that we were unaware of and found helpful. Their friendliness, support and expertise were greatly appreciated.

I went into Verizon with a set amount that I was willing to pay and got out with a great phone with excellent customer service from all the employees, especially DJ. Although I was working next door he made sure to handle everything while venturing between my workplace and Verizon. Would suggest anyone contemplating a cell phone provider or new phone to come into Orting Verizon and see how they can help you out! - Cody

Tanner Schnetz the store manager is very kind and welcoming he goes above and beyond to help you with whatever your needs are. First off Jason and Dj are amazing. I went in to update my plan back to the unlimited data package, which Im super excited to have back! Additionally I was able to upgrade my phone and add a tablet. These two were very efficient in such a long process. Not to mention they were very engaging and funny. Ill be back to this store again no questions asked.

I needed to replace a cracked screen on my new Moto Z Play. The sales rep was very friendly and helpful. Even though I could have filed the claim from home, the sale rep took care of everything for me. I was in and out in no time with my new phone coming tomorrow. I wont hesitate to return to this Verizon store for any other phone needs.

The customer service experience here at Orting was amazing. Harisson was extremely patient and took the time to explain all phones and options to me.
