We shop at game stop very frequently, and we always have a good experience, however today their workers went above and beyond. I had lost a set of keys for the company that I work for, and thought that they might be there. I called game stop a few days later, and the person on the phone said that they seemed familiar, and that keys matching the description had been brought in after being run over by a car many times. We went into the store to look for the keys, and one of the employees said that because they were badly bent, and had no name on them, they might have been thrown away, we thanked them for their help and started to drive home. On our drive, Rommel an employee at game stop called, and said he had our keys. He had went and dug through the dumpster in order to find our keys. I am so grateful, because the cost to re-core the locks would have been in the thousands. A great customer service experience.

What the actual f*** I tried to go pick up a game today at for a midnight release called a couple hours in advance and they said they did it at 9 oclock and they are now closed Im busy the next day Im not going to be able to come in and Im very pissed off

I waited over 30 minutes on hold. I drove over while still holding to find no customer in the store and the staff just cleaning. 2 time I have been treated horrible and the last time I ever shop at this location. Probably just done with game stop.

Its 1:30 pm Monday 10/27/14 I called at 12 twice and again at 1:30.. No answer they do not answer the phone.. other than that they seem to be ok.. They should answer the phone tho

cool spot to get games fortunately you probably could get a better deal going online and downloading but if youre not into that this is definitely the spot for you

They dont keep track of information whats scents do it make to pay for a warranty if they dont keep in on file or cant find it in their computer

They dont answer the phones. I got them to answer once and I was put on hold for over ten minutes and I still wasnt helped. Terrible service
