This T-mobile store is one of the worst I have been to, and I am ashamed to say that I have to visit it out of convenience. Every time that I come to this store, I am appalled at the way that the store representatives are allowed to treat the customers. They blatantly offended me today, and it isnt the first time; its just the straw that broke the camels back. The first issue I had with the Retail Sales Representative would be Lawrence with brown skin, black curly hair at his shoulders, and some facial hair. I had come into the store 40 minutes before closing and I had my name put on the list to be served in the order of arrival. However, being Mexican/European gives me a white complexion and clearly Lawrence had a problem with that. After finishing with the prior customer, he looks at the list of names, looks at me, and then looks at the guy next to me. He sees that the guy next to me has his same skin tone and he gets a smirk on his face as he calls "Christian!" Lawrence proceeds to chat it up with Christian as I go and take a look at the list to verify that my name was put down before his. Yes, my name is there, not crossed out, and Christians is after mine and crossed out. The previous 5 customers helped before me never got skipped. Lawrence sees me looking directly at him after I check the list, with a puzzled look on my face, and quickly looks back to Christian and gives him a quick grin; Lawrence knew what he did was wrong, but he enjoyed making me wait 15 minutes longer for service despite my having not earned any poor treatment. That is racist behavior and it is not unheard of in this plaza. I have seen it before at the Costco nearby, and now I am a victim of it as well. Its not only that Lawrence cheated me out of my spot on the list, but the store was actually closing in 20 minutes as I had been waiting for 20 minutes after arriving 40 minutes prior to closing. Long after my turn, I finally got to another representative at 5 minutes to closing and he gave me a hassle about finding my account so that he could resolve my issue. According to him, he could not find my account with the last four of my social or my name. He absolutely needed to have my phone number. Unfortunately, I did not have my prior phone number as my phone was stolen, and one check in the system would have verified this as I reported it stolen to T-mobile. My service was suspended and I needed a SIM card and new phone. The sales representative that actually served me never gave me another option except finding my old phone number that I had only had for a week before my phone was stolen. And I refused to wait until the next day to come back for more bad service from these representatives. As I was trying to figure out a way to find my prior number, the service representative finally decides to stop playing games. He got a new phone and a new SIM and told me that I could call customer service to reactivate my service. Its amazing how being 10 minutes passed closing time will motivate an employee to serve you properly, even when they dont want to. Please write to corporate about this behavior if you see it. I am going to do just that. I am sick of dealing with these lazy racist employees. This has all been going on for at least 5 years according to the Yelp reviews. Lets put an end to it.

I went there to trade my old iphone to my new samsung. I checked everything on the box of the samsung phone. Everthing is new except the phone. There some marks that the phone was been used. The person keep telling me that the phone is new. So i said ok i have insurance for the phone just incase what happened. Then, here is the worst part. Remember i checked everything on the box. The phone comes with the fast wall charger. And when i checked the wall charger it was labeled "fast charger" then i grab something on my car while the phone is on process of activating. When i got home, and about to charge my phone, my wall charger was replaced with the damn regular wall charger.

When we entered the store we were greeted nicely. The sale associate we had was Ana and I was very pleased with her customer service. She made the visit welcoming. She wasnt rude and she had a lot of patience with us.

If you buy a zagg screen protector from here and was asked if u wanted them to intalled it on ur phone for you, just say, "NO THANKS." Or at least dont let the male associate with long hair install it for you.
