I am Nate Merrill, I work for Team Chevrolet superstores right down the street from this particular Verizon store. I am in sales and understand good customer service. Shots out to Michelle, she was super helpful, patient. knew my situation from before. instead of letting another help me so i had to re explain everything etc. she dropped what she was doing, and jumped in had me out the store in 5 minutes! got me in and out quickly, but did not fix my problem at all. I have a samsung s5 and the batery wasnt charging right. the guy said it was the phone and it was covered by waranty. i got my new one today, and it did not solve the problem. it didnt come with a new battery or charger which i assumed would be part of the problem. Nevery going to this branch again.

I purchased replacement htc phone for my wife, I was unable to transfer her photos, so my wife visited this store and requested help. She received great customer service from DAngelo! My phone had a small crack which I barely could see it and the screen wouldnt turn on, so I took it to the store to use my warrantee. They did not help me at all. They just tried to sell another of their junks to me. I went to another verizon store in Concord and they helped me to get a replacement.

Consistently fast service at this location. Most phones have been in stock when needed. My only complaint would be that many of the newer phones are secured to the display to prevent theft. This prevents the ability to test features like the camera.

Hate this place I try every time to get my Mom to switch, but she wont. Always long waits for service. Always much confusion, never the desired outcome. If you go here expect to pay $$$ for part if not all of the service that should be free.

Good customer service, e.g., Joseph is professional, honest and knowledgeable. Typical Verizon but cleaner, plenty of staff, and plenty of parking. Restaurants, Costco, AAA, Home Depot and stores neatby.
